@@thisweekbestvalueapartment We can live in seperate rooms or in a house / villa if everything suits. We are flexible. Budget so cheap as possible. 1 year contract would be great. To get a number in summary 1200$/month. We prefer quiet areas... Ubud, Canggu or Kuta would be nice. No party area please... greetings

In a good area www.airbnb.com/rooms/1141584753204276102 Recommend to book it trough Airbnb the first 30 days, then the first week of staying there, when you see you like it, its good, then you talk with the owner about a price for yearly stay. Should be able to get it for about $750 a month for longterm. Very good Internet also, if needed! Good area!

@@thisweekbestvalueapartment i don't know Bali. It's my first time. I don't need Luxury. Just a simple appartment. As cheap as possible from the middle of july for 1 - 2 months. Maybe longer. 1 person 1 bedroom. Would be great to stay not so far from the main village

Are you in Da Nang now? I have a really good recommendation for you if so! Go to this Hotel in the Main Area near My Khe beach. Charming Beauty Hotel its amazing. Very beautiful place. If you ask them a offer for 20-30 days, they give the price down at 550 000 dong a night (about $20) This place is just pure luxury amazing place!

Thanks for your reply, when i try the calculator $135 is AUD 207. So i guess the Multiply is just 1.5 if its Australian Dollar with American Dollar. Its a pretty nice place in Cha Am Hua Hin. The Monthly cost for a 30 days stay is pretty good. Offcorse prices usally 50% lower if long term deals of 1 year is made 👍

Hi this post is more then 1 year old, but i will find some apartments in this place for you. I stay there my self 1 month, its pretty good place to live in Panglao if you are comfortable with renting and driving a bike. Its called Bohol Jewel Panglao. I think the best way to contact is the e-mail to the e-mail in the video at the entrance of the building. They have full information for both long and short term stays in bigger units 👍 The price there i will try to find out about it. Asking the office one of the next days.

Its 2 Laundry service just 3 minute walk from the unit. They charge 50 baht for cleaning +40 for drying and +50 if you want them to do the full service. 2 hours laiter you have your clean cloths. Its also about 15 restaurants very nearby. 2 of them are amazing. 7 eleven 1 minute from the units 👍 Cooking is possible but just 2 plates at the same time 👍😁 Thank you for your message and i wish you a good trip 🤩😎👍

The Bed is the best bed ive slept in of my years trough ASIA. It is Soft, but not falling down soft. Its perfect for good sleep. Central Plaza mall is 2,3 km away. 30 minutes walk, or 8 minutes car. It is 2 very good restaurants nearby, walking 1 minute and 10 minutes. Novo & Never Give up Pattaya. Absolutly amazing food both places for a low good price 👍

Short term is usually 2x the price of the longterm prices, if you stay 1 year usually can get 50% of the prices i put on my channel.

Yea prices in the world is rising all over. It is hard to find a decent place for less then $600 for 1 month stay these days. Tho if staying 1 year in Thailand, the prices goes 50% down, then $300 a month is possible to find a beautiful home to live in. But for just 1 month stay, its pretty hard to find decent place for under $600 a month. Sydney in Australia is a really beautiful nice place for sure! 👍👍

Thank you for your reply. Things are being reviewed by authorities as I write. My son and business partner were thinking whether to buy a condo if we are eligible. However the rents are saying we are better off staying put . The leadersin the west have ruined chances for even our grandkids buying a house at home here. 1 month stay $600 was a very good price I stay in Makati Phil. for 20 days we pay $2000

I recommend you to google search South Palms beach resort, its just a 5 minutes ride from this place. Alona Beach is 10 minutes ride away. Very quiet night time for god rest, and short ride to everything in Panglao, Bohol. This resort area is named Bohol Jewel Panglao resort 👍

In Thailand its easy to use Laundry service, very cheap. Delivery your cloths, next day pick u washed, dryed and folded. Cha am is a small little beach town. 20 minites walking to major grocery, 3-4 minutes with driving. Enjoy your vacation wherever you going 👍

The most of my videos with condos are without any extra payment. Some few has extra for Electricity usage/Water consumption after how much you use it. Normally this bills are about $80 a month of youre turning of the Aircon when going out, and $150 if youre having the aircon running 24/7. But most places has included all bills. Read the airbnb page for each unit, descibed in describtion trough Airbnb Link 👍👍

Look trough my videos maybe someone is available in that price class. Or else its a lot in both Airbnb and Facebook Marketplace 👍 Enjoy your Vacation
