I am doing this exercise for some days now, and i can make a half crooked table, very wobbely, 😂. Due to some hip problems, i dont do the amount of exercise you say, but do half of them. Got to be careful with my right hipjoint. Build it up, slowly. I have lots of fun, doing this exercise to, although i colapse all the time, keep keeping on! 🙏😂😊

Dear Vladka, I think so. I always pull up the pelvic floor during any exercise when breathing out. They strengthen the muscles in the pelvic region 😊

You can put your hands on the floor beside you to keep steadier. I also find squeezing block or ball between my thighs helps stabilize the core.
