Discipline might not be as fun as motivation, but the truth is that motivation is not a reliable resource, if you want to develop yourself you will need to build discipline.

I understand your point, but molasses are just a byproduct from sugarcane processing. I'm not saying we should drink it as it's basically sugar with a better nutritional profile, but that's what it is. Also, molasses and all other words after "barbecue seasoning" (which you read like it was ok) were actually ingredients to said barbecue seasoning. Please don't go crazy when reading food labels without information.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to share your thoughts on this, it’s always good to learn so I really appreciate it! The point of that part in the video isn’t necessarily to fixate on ingredients but to showcase how many unknown ingredients go into “foods”. And that we should consider whether we are okay eating those, especially if we don’t know what those ingredients are. This is a technique (actually checking labels to avoid certain ingredients like palm oil) I started using when I changed my lifestyle and it helped me learn about what I’m okay or not okay including in my diet.
