In today's video I'm inviting you to spend a day with me and my 3 weeks old new born. I tried to keep things realistic, so you can truly see what a day is like with a 3 weeks old baby.
One thing I definitely learned from making this video is to lower my expectations when it comes to what I can achieve while caring for my 3 week old newborn. A 3 week old baby requires A LOT of attention and it's not realistic to try to be super productive while caring for a newborn.
With all that said, I truly cherish these days because I know that this newborn stage will fly by.

    My number one tip is definitely EMBRACE the mess, the chaos the lack of structure. Newborns and infants are really unpredictable but the beauty of it is every day is different. I think you're doing an awesome job! You nourished yourself you went for a walk...I'm pregnant with my 3rd and during newborn days I really just forget about myself so if anything you just reminded me that self care is important even with a newborn! 💙

      thanks so much Natalie, really appreciate your thoughts! And embracing the mess is definitely great advice, I learnt this the hard way to be honest! First, it can be SO HARD to accept that there is no scheduling/planning even for the day lol - this hit me really hard. Congrats on your 3rd baby, that is so magical, and so so happy you got something useful out of the video. You are doing amazing mama and don't forget to pour into your on cup because you fill everyone's cup in your family and because you deserve it 💖💖💖

    I understand your point, but molasses are just a byproduct from sugarcane processing. I'm not saying we should drink it as it's basically sugar with a better nutritional profile, but that's what it is. Also, molasses and all other words after "barbecue seasoning" (which you read like it was ok) were actually ingredients to said barbecue seasoning. Please don't go crazy when reading food labels without information.

      Thanks a lot for taking the time to share your thoughts on this, it’s always good to learn so I really appreciate it! The point of that part in the video isn’t necessarily to fixate on ingredients but to showcase how many unknown ingredients go into “foods”. And that we should consider whether we are okay eating those, especially if we don’t know what those ingredients are. This is a technique (actually checking labels to avoid certain ingredients like palm oil) I started using when I changed my lifestyle and it helped me learn about what I’m okay or not okay including in my diet.

    Your content is excellent. Would you happen to know why you don't get subscribed views to the channel? For what does not grow. For example..... 1 Video on page off page, not SEO. 2 Thumbnails of the video are not good, and no eye-catching. The most important is the thumbnail which makes the audience is attractive and increases the views of the video. 3. The video title description is not SEO-friendly. This is not SEO. 4 No tags are used in the video. For which the audience will find it easily if you use tags in the video by ranking the video. 5 Timestamp not added. 6 Call to action button not added 7 hashtags are not added. Which TH-cam recommends. Solving these will surely grow the channel. If these are not fixed, the channel will not grow.

    10 minute pilates/yoga! game changer, i feel so strong. goes along with meditation for sure. i also have been implementing a 30-45 minute walk into my morning by getting up just a little bit earlier ❤

      I think it can be easy to believe that “if I lose the weight, everything else be solved in my life” and it’s simply not true. However, I still stand by the fact that it helps feeling better, having more energy and many more positives.

      Calorie deficit, eat less than what you need

      This is a good start that will probably benefit most people, then I think it's indivudual what works for people. For me though it's good to limit intake on heavy foods such as oils, nuts and heavy dairy. I don't eat meat and feel much better and lighter although I know these are personal choices.

      @@5226ola i think you pointed out something really important there: individual preferences/choices. Happy to hear your current diet works for you and definitely agree that even though nuts are great, I also can’t eat them unlimited. Thanks for sharing your thoughts 🥰

      I have a rare genetic metabolic disorder. So I've cut out dairy & meat products from my diet. I've lost so much weight, I didn't think it was possible only 4 years a go.

    I have to say, imho, this applies to any human ready for a committed relationship or even friendships honestly, regardless of gender or sexual orientation :) Nice you referenced it at the end, but it might have been more appropriate at the beginning and I feel like it might be valid as well for non-binaries.
