Been doing your workouts for quite some time. I have lost quite an amount of excess weight doing your walking/step workouts ngl. The workouts are not the kind that give me tons of muscles aches the next day that will hinder my concentration when I am at work, but enough to make me sweat and get my heart rate up. You deserve more subscribers.
I love these walking workouts. The pace is fast enough to burn loads of calories but not so fast that you have to stop to catch your breath. These are just the workouts I need to stop me gaining weight
I loved that one! Last workout I commented on how I was struggling with ageing and having to make modifications. Honestly I was crying about how I cant workout as long or as intensely as I used to. Todays workout was nice and gentle on my joints and my heart cardiovascularly. I didnt think I would be able to complete 45 minutes but I did it with flying colors! It left me feeling uplifted and motivated. Thanks Olivia!
Love your workout, I am 4 month postpartum and I have been doing your walking workouts everyday for a month now and it helped me so much not only losing weight but mentally as I feel really good, energised and more confident with my New body, I still have weight to lose but im not in a hurry, eating healthier and moving my body with walking workouts everyday is what works for me.
Amazing to hear you find them helpful. That’s exactly what I did postpartum. Take your time, don’t rush anything and don’t put any pressure on yourself and I am confident you’ll achieve your goals x

I did this fantastic workout today and added weighted gloves for a little extra burn. I have to tell you I was a sweaty, smiling mess at the end and loved every minute of it.
I just started doing this workout and really enjoy it. I’ve got problems it’s my knees and feet so this walking low impact exercise is good. My only down point is some of your arm movements are a bit complicated together with the leg movements and it muggles my brain 🤣 so I do my own alternative.
I'm not sure? I know everyone's body is different, and i know sometimes your workout burn in the morning differs to like your night workout. I see a few comments on her that burned over 400 or even 500. You got this though!!! Don't get discouraged! :)💪🏼 @wendyananius7271

5.025 steps and 349 calories burned. During the breaks I made sure to keep moving and tried my best on all exercises
