No where your manual says how to use the remote. Some guy was too busy while preparing the manual.
Hi, you can find it on the bottom of the remote control Instruction part, below is the details: 1. Saving current video by pressing the button for once. 2. Photo taking by pressing the button twice in a short time.
3. Factory reset by pressing the button for 10 seconds. Cheers!
You should consider selling your cameras with working memory cards if you want returning customers, sell a whole package that just works. I think you would have a great product then, a shame that it's being let down by incompatibilities. Just my experience.

Super degelijk, metalen behuizing. Heb t sinds 2018. Werkt altijd. Geen gopro beeldkwaliteit maar meer dan goed genoeg als bewijs bij een incident.
