Hi Mike, The leopard skin looks awesome! Glad the amethyst is working as a 'media' stone! Something to keep in mind with the turritella.....there's a light brown & a dark brown (almost black) turritella. The light brown is softer! The dark brown is harder. The light material will never tumble without being stabilized. Hard to tell from the video, but yours looks like darker material. The shell & the matrix (host rock) are about the same in hardness. Now with the amethyst 'media' - your next clean-out should yield good results. Great update. For the ultrasonic - people can always use warm to hot water to start with. I always used hot water in a new bath. Thumbs up! Have a great afternoon! Jim

Just looked at the rocks after three days. The leopard skin jasper looks like it is going great. The turritella doesn't look like much is happening. I must have the really hard stuff. It's definitely almost black in the matrix. Even when I tried rounding them on the flat lap it wasn't going quick.
