    As a 65 yr old female I appreciate your videos so much. I live in a rural area and getting to classes at the Y or elsewhere is not always an option. I love being able to have access to these workouts wherever and whenever. I am grateful to both u and your husband Mike for all the time it takes to bring these workouts to your viewers. I’m not sure strength training is my favorite but I certainly recognize the importance of wt. training. Balance is equally as important as we age. Thank you!!

    At 70 years old with CIDP, exercise is essential to keeping me mobile. I have come from being paralyzed neck down in 2019 to exercising with you 5 days a week in 2023! Your demeanor is soothing and fun and exercising with you is delightful for me. Keep up the wonderful work!

    Lauren, firstly - congratulations on 100K subscribers! This behind-the-scenes look at the evolution of your channel is fascinating. I'm 63, and have worked out off and on for years. I happened upon your channel a few weeks ago and was instantly captivated by your workout style. I LOVE that you always include a warmup & cool down. I've watched hundreds of other workout videos, and they often verbally recommend either/both, but your complete workouts (most in 30 minutes - perfect) are the complete deal. As a designer myself, I can appreciate everything that goes into the design of your videos - set, music, color schemes, choreography, editing, and so much more. I love the variety of your workouts - and making barre accessible is fantastic. I've always loved barre workouts (who doesn't want to feel like a ballet dancer?) but you've really made them part of my regular rotation. Thank you, again Lauren. I expect to be doing your workouts for years to come! 🙂

    I almost passed out when you said you were 45! I would have guessed about 30. But I digress.... I found your channel just a few months ago and just love it. I'll be 50 in two months, and while I've been exercising regularly for the past eight years, I seem to injure easily, so I stay away from the 20 year-olds doing explosive, jarring moves with really heavy weights. I don't have a favorite type of exercise because I **LOVE** variety! The warmups and stretches after are also perfect. THANK YOU (and Mike) for the work you put into the channel. It is so, so appreciated.

    At only 30 years old I found your channel looking for beginners workouts. Didn’t realize how much I needed your workouts in my life! I love your workouts… I usually finish my tougher workouts with your Pilates on the mat, it is so relaxing and I burn so many calories! Thanks again for all the hard work you and your husband do and for giving us such great fitness resources ❤

    Thank you sooo much for all of the hard work. You and Mike have created a beautiful and very effective channel. I love the monocratic look. It gives me a feeling being in a private studio. The music and zen atmoshpere is amazing. I'm in my seventies and feeling great. My doctor had recommended yoga for a while. I resisted simply because I could not maintain the floorwork. Your chair yoga classes are my absolute favorite. I have been doing it for a little over a year. The results are astounding. The yoga practice led me to include the cardio and strength. I can now walk outdoors for 7 miles on a regular basis. Ihave lost 30 lbs.

    Congratulations! Thank you to Mike who encouraged you and helped you make these videos. I am 75 and my husband has always said I was allergic to exercise. Now he brags about my regular exercise routine with you. This is the longest I have ever
    been consistent with an exercise routine. Thank you for making exercise fun.

    I’m 64 years old and have only done aerobic type exercises. I’ve felt myself getting weaker for quite sometime. My doctor told me to start doing weights and resistance training. I was always intimidated to do this on my own but finding your channel and being able to do most of the workouts have been very motivating. I love your clear instructions/cues while doing them. Thank you Lauren and Mike for sharing a little about yourselves and helping so many of us! Congratulations!❤

    Your videos have reignited my exercise routine which was mostly boring. Thank you for creating videos that cater to beginners and seniors. I consider myself a very active 64 yr old woman but I have the aches and pains of aging creeping into my life.
    My favorite type of workout is your version of barre. It's the only time I feel graceful! I very much appreciate your combo routines with both weights and exercises. Also, I appreciate your commitment to stretching after each and every workout. Kudos to Mike for his behind-the-scenes work.

    I just watched this Q and A ! It is January 2024! I enjoyed this video so much. I too have questions about you. Thank you for enlightening all of us about yourself,as well as other issues in relation to fitness.
    Thank you for your concern and care for Seniors. Being a senior myself I see to it that I exercise everyday if I can. I used to go to a gym back in Jersey. And then we moved to NYC, which made it a challenge to go to gym.
    So i was very happy that I “discovered” your TH-cam channel. It worked perfect for me and my fitness needs!
    Thanks again for coming up with wonderful workouts and advice for us seniors. I wish you even more success on all your future endeavors!

    How do you not have a millions subscribers?! I am in my 50’s and have exercise intolerance, body pain, and back problems. I don’t put videos albeit not the strenuous ones at least 5 days a week. They make the pain manageable. Thank you and your hubby for all the great content! I recommend you to all of my friends.

    I am 68 & very glad to have found you*** I live in Montana & we just got into Spring. So I have been grateful to use all the different types of exercise. I love Barr & Weights. I do need work on those wings * In the past year I lost 35 lbs very quickly due to pancreatic cancer. Have been through15 rounds of radiation & I believe I will make it through . With Gods help, prayer & working out I am getting stronger * Thanks for all you are doing !!!

    I thought for sure you’ve had a past in ballet . I like your soft tone, music selection and workouts most of all. My cat always comes around when your on. I think she is soothed by your voice.

    I am loving your workouts. I love the strenght ones they are my favorites. I have been seeing changes in my body . I am 56 soon to be 57 and have osteoarthritis and have lost alot of the gel in my joints. I am so happy to have found your everyday workouts they make my day. I have a friend doing them now and I tell people about them all the time. I am from Nova Scotia and Love what are doing by keeping them free to watch.     It was so nice to meet the man behind the camera! Such dedication from both of you. I truly enjoy all of your workouts, alternating between cardio on M-W-F and strength/Pilates T-Th-Sa. With stretching on Sunday. Been doing this routine for two years now. Combined with diet, I have lost 45 lbs and maintained it. At 67, I’m feeling better than ever!

    Thank you for allowing us to know more about you. I can't believe you're only 45 and have two teenage daughters. You look fabulous! I know it doesn't come easy and you have to work at it, just like we have to. Keep up the great videos. My favorite are your walking and yoga videos. You've given me motion back in my left shoulder and my left hip is also feeling much better. I've been watching your videos for about six months now.     Lauren and Mike thank you so much for all your efforts and dedication. I am always excited when a new video comes out and add it to my playlist to do for the day. I also look through the playlists on your channel and love the weekly list you have set up. I’m 60 years old and in NZ and try to work out everyday, work/life permitting. Workout-wise, I enjoy all your workouts, and my favourites are the Strength/weight, cardio and dance. I wasn’t quite sure about the Barre workouts but now after your explanation today I will certainly do those more regularly also. You didn’t mention on your video where you lived, unless I missed it, but I guess it is in the US somewhere😊. Often we are an overlooked group and to have you genuinely care and produce these videos for us is just fantastic! What a blessing. I'm still recovering from my TKR and a slight tear in a muscle so I've been "grounded" from working out except for some basic exercises.     Just love your videos, love the variety, I am 61 and on a mission to get fitter and lose at least 18lb. My biggest issue is deciding which video to do each day, I like to mix it up with cardio and strength, I’ve told so many of my friends.     Congratulations, Lauren! I only discovered your channel a couple months ago when I realized my walking/exercise routine was not quite cutting it anymore. Reluctantly, I searched TH-cam for workout videos, but could not get into any of them . . . Until I found SeniorShape! SO professional, SO motivating! SO FUN!!! I do your workouts everyday now. I absolutely love the Dance Party video! And how nice to be able to pair with a shorter strength and/or stretch video. Now I'm discovering your great Barre routines! Who knew exercise could be so fun?!!!

    Hi Lauren, Truly appreciate your Q&A, all your videos and the teamwork behind you. You make exercises pleasant with your lively, natural and gentle voice. I can often correct how I hold/stretch my body each time I repeat some of the exercises. I cannot tell which one I enjoy best😂 as they are all brilliant on sunshine or rainy days. I can choose to do what I want depending on how I feel on the day (and it is usually a’feel good’ time of the day for me). I feel you are a true friend who cares, so far yet so close (how do you know when I forget to breath 😅 Cheers to your success from the land down under🎉🎉🎉

It is also good to know that I'm not the only non-senior that works out to your videos (I'm 42). I appreciate your calm demeanor (soothing voice), straight forward exercises and nice instrumental music. You have a pretty set too. I think my favorite type of workout is strength training.     Lauren thank you for all that you and your husband do, the hours of dedication certainly show. Your videos have become my favorite on TH-cam. 😍 Your set is beautiful- minimalist and calming- and your instruction is A+, very clear, graceful, and flowing. I think my favorite w/o's are the cardio/strength combos, as I feel like I am getting so much done at once, and I like the variety. I enjoy HIIT as well. I've been doing more of your barre w/o's and those are excellent too. I've done a lot of pilates, yoga, and stretching in the past and am starting to incorporate more of those w/o's again into my life, thanks to you. Thanks for suggesting your weekly playlists- I may start one on Monday- I've just been bopping around on your channel up to this point. 🙂That will be an instant balancing out of modalities, with no searching. 😀 Keep up the great work. I really appreciate what you are bringing.

    Congratulations! Love all of your videos; it's really a wide-ranging selection to fit any timeframe and for a variety of needs. My favorite workouts are the strength ones and the pilates ones.

    These workouts have changed my life. I was very sedentary for almost 4 years after neck surgery and lower back surgery. I then had radio-frequency ablation on my lower back.
    After that, I started your walking workouts and now can do all the all the videos! Thank you both so much!

    There is no way that you are 45. I swore that you were only around 32!
    I'm definitely going to do some of your Barre workouts. I used to do Barre all the time.

    Oh the belly fat! It's a real concern. Im not overweight, but everything has been redistributed. You are so right. There is no magic cure. Weight lifting is important as well as eating as well as you can. To me, it more about portion control. I'm with you on the sweet tooth. I try to stick to a few pieces of dark chocolate. That satisfies me. I couldn't live without healthy carbs.

    Congratulations and Thank You and your husband! Every time I think I have a favorite workout, you add something new. I have made my own Playlist of my favorites. It all depends on my mood and how I am feeling that day. I do love Barre. I never expected to be able to do kickboxing or balance workouts. Your channel has truly been life changing for me. I love the cognitive part too. At almost 47, I've been dealing with multiple health issues since I was 29. I'm so incredibly thankful to have found your channel. It is one thing to look better, but to truly feel better and stronger is like aging in reverse ☺ ♥ 💪

    Congratulations on 100K, wow! Thanks to both you and Mike for everything you do. My favorite workouts of yours are the strength training and barre workouts. I like your channel because it’s more like a class and you actually walk us through. There are other TH-camrs doing workouts that I like, but they show you “five moves to increase arm strength” for instance, and then they are done. It’s hard to remember those moves in order to do multiple reps and sets, so I appreciate your method of teaching so much

    Hi - I hardly ever write in comments section of channels I watch. But, I felt I needed to. I started watching fitness videos only about 1month ago. I am a nurse. I have MS (doing very well) and just turned 50. I decided I need to get better balance and core strength and maybe lose a little stubbirn menopausal weight.
    I absolutely love your videos. They are calm, clear, professional and at the same time motivating. You have a gift. I look forward to all the different type of exercises you offer. I prob enjoy the walking/cardio the most.

My favorite type of workout is cardio/weights, where you have a certain number of cardio segments and a certain number of weights segments. I like it when you alternate cardio/weights, and also when you do all cardio, and then all weights. And even more, I love the variety of workouts you put out - I especially love gadgets - like a ball, band, or ring. Thank you for the Q&A and congratulations on 100,000 subscribers!!
