Another great one! I did this right after the isometric strength one! And for an extra challenge, I did this on a pilates ball (I think that's what it's called-great big ball!). To keep my balance I had to modify some moves slightly, but overall, it worked great! Thanks for all you do!

Thank you for this perfectly timed workout this morning Lauren. I had already made a commitment to only do seated upper body, Yoga and Pilates workouts this week due to hurting my knee with no idea how other than age and wear and tear over the years to the point of not being able to walk without pain. I did modify the lower body part and it worked perfectly. I didn’t aggravate it.
