Orchestral Tools: writing with some of my favorite patches

Orchestral Tools just sent out their yearly 25€ vouchers which are ideal to pick up one individual instrument from their SINE libraries at a great discount. However, one question remains: Which one should you choose? For this very short composition I loaded up a couple of my favorite instruments/patches from Orchestral Tools and challenged myself to fit them all in one short piece. The lineup includes:
- High Strings Ensemble from Time Macro
- Low Strings Ensemble ("Wolfenstein Low Strings") from Metropolis Ark 1
- Trombones a6 from Tom Holkenborg's Brass
- Bassoon 1 from Berlin Woodwinds (Main Collection)
- Children's Choir ("Lichterfelder Children Choir") from Metropolis Ark 2
- Horns a12 from Tom Holkenborg's Brass
- Solo Flute from Woodwinds Soloists 1
- Flugelhorn Ensemble from Metropolis Ark 2
Maybe this video and list will provide you with you some inspiration. If you're asking for my top choice out of all of these it would be the Trombones a6 from Tom Holkenborg's Brass, which are probably the best sounding Trombones that were ever sampled.
