a lot of people requested more what i eat in a day videos after my last one went micro-viral lol so here’s another week of raw vegan eating!

due to the varying portions in this video, i did not measure anything except for recipes with specific measurements. you really cannot go wrong with eye-balling everything else. i genuinely believe it makes you better at food prep/cooking when you don't follow recipes to the tee.
> Day 1 - BREAKFAST - purchased
matcha with coconut milk
"matcha-cado" smoothie
DINNER
big fat juicy salad
iceburg lettuce
spring mix
purple cabbage (shred)
carrots (julienne)
tomatoes (dice)
celery (slice)
radish (thin slice)
bell pepper (dice)
fennel (slice)

evoo
balsamic vinegar
lime juice
salt
pepper
mustard

> Day 2 - TEA TIME
peaches & matcha
- BREAKFAST
watery smoothie bowl :')
spinach
apple
ginger
fennel
- SNACK
carrot cake power balls
1/2 cup grated carrot (~1 carrot)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
6 pitted medjool dates
3/4 cup any nut
1/4 hemp seeds
2 tbsp liquid sweetener
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves (or sub cinnamon)
1 tbsp mushroom powder
1. shred carrot or use food processor to shred
2. blend all except nuts & coconut
3. pulse nuts & coconut
4. form into balls
5. store in freezer bag and enjoy frozen or chilled in fridge
- DINNER - big fat juicy salad

spring mix
purple cabbage (shred)
carrots (julienne)

radish (thin slice)

3-4 strawberries (slice)
1 peach (slice)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3/4-1 cup plant milk
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp milled flax seed
1 tbsp hemp seed
optional: maple syrup
SNACK - coconut lime energy balls
1 cup nuts (walnuts/pecans/pisatchios/sunflower seeds)
1 cup dates
2/3 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp lime juice (& zest)
4 tbsp coconut flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut (optional: for rolling)
1-2 tbsp mushroom powder (optional)
1 tbsp boosters: spirulina/cocoa powder/beet powder/cinnamon
1. food process everything except for nuts
2. *pulse* nuts last
3. store in freezer bag and enjoy straight out of freezer
DINNER - stir fry zoodles & salad
spicy teriyaki "stir fry" zoodles
spiralized zucchini
sliced bell pepper
sauce to taste:
v & gf teriyaki sauce (naked & saucy brand)
rice vinegar/mirin
sesame oil
lime
coconut aminos
fresh grated ginger
(opt) chili flakes
(topping, opt) sesame seeds * sriracha

1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup shredded coconut
6 pitted medjool dates
3/4 nuts of choice (pecans/walnuts/pumpkin seeds)
1/4 hemp seeds
2-3 tbsp liquid sweetener
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
opt: 1 tbsp mushroom powder (chaga, reishi, lions mane)
1. food process everything except for nuts & shredded coconut
2. *pulse* nuts & coconut last
3. form into balls and flatten into cookie shape
4. store in freezer bag and enjoy straight out of freezer
DINNER - cantaloupe kimchi salad & side kimchi
iceburg lettuce
spring mix
purple cabbage (shred)
carrots (julienne)

sushi rolls!!!! this is a really flexible recipe. you can use almost any fillings your heart and stomach desires but here is what we used
(everything is sliced into thick matchsticks)

raw vegan nori sheets

yessss fall harvest is so fun hehe 🥰 the movie was SO GOOD!!! I actually saw there's one theatre this showing it which is kind of surprising
i'll try to remember to bring you some power balls next time 😅
so if you dont want to wear deodarent, but reduce odor you can use something acidic like lemon or glycolic acid to kill the bacteria under your arms. the smell is really the bacteria mixing with the sweat. sweat itself is odorless
i've heard of this trick but never tried it.. you just put lemon juice and leave it all day? doesn't it feel sticky?
no im not sure cuz i just stick with deadarrent. but ppl say that is is dry feeling@@ellie-jane
ohhhhh okay, yeah i can see that happening. i did some research and some people recommend crystal “deodorant”. the only ingredient is mineral salt and surprisingly it’s been doing me nice!
