thank you so much for watching! i really don’t have exact measurements for these - i recommend just screenshotting the ingredients and change your playback speed to 0.5 so you can see a rough idea for measurements. there’s no wrong way to go about it ☺️

Google "carb face". Im a carnivore and I don't buy bread. When I do eat bread the next day my nose is bigger and face is more full due to the processed carbohydrates. (Written while eating cake 🍰 😏)

It's so interesting to see how bodies react to food and learn about ourselves. I did a month without sugar. No breads etc (not even fruit), it truly is a drug. Thanks for sharing your experience. Raw squash, inspired!
@bluereign sugar is a crazy one, especially when you get into the habit of having something sweet after dinner 🫢 but so is coffee. i remember the horrible headaches i’d get when i wouldn’t drink coffee for a day. i’ll never be a coffee drinker for that feeling alone. matcha only for me hahaha

If you want to make full-time raw vegan diet, then you must figure out few main things.
First, you need to figure out good raw dips, so you can both feel satiated and help you with fat soluble vitamins. Escpecially if you're active.
Second, protein sources. You can use protein powders, but you might also try some other sources like maybe nutritional yeasts which are nice for dips (gives it cheesy taste). Maybe not 100% raw, but lots of people use it on raw diet.
Thirds, snacks and ready to eat foods you can store for emergency. And in general, foods which have high density of calories, because most of raw vegan diet is based on high volume low caloric foods. Sometimes, you need to add some calories on top of it, and sometimes you need to have emergency shelf-stable foods if you run out of your fresh vegetables and fruits.

it depends how firm you’ll be on the “raw” aspect because a lot of seasonings aren’t considered raw due to the process they go through. but i’m gonna make another comment with the recipes for the sauces i did use!

I’m gonna be honest, I can’t remember if I found a recipe for this. you can use any fillings to like (the ones we used are great!)
main thing is to
-find raw seaweed sheets
-food-process one head of cauliflower
-slice/julinne your fillings
-press cauliflower onto sheet (leave about 1-2 at the top for sealing
-lay your toppings horizontally
-roll tightly but gently (to avoid ripping)
-apply water on seaweed to seal (on the empty part at the top)
-slice into 8 pieces
use any raw sauce/coconut aminos to dip! 😊
sounds like a lot of steps but it’s super simple and you get into a flow after your first roll :)

hey girl i'll try to find it and send it but i'm pretty sure i combined two recipes!
This is similar to what I made!
Ingredients:
3 - 4 medium zucchinis
2 avocados
2 cups fresh basil
3 - 4 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup hemp seeds or pine nuts
Sea salt + red pepper flakes to taste
Spiralize the zucchinis and break/cut the noodles into smaller strands. Put them in a large bowl and set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to a food processor and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour pesto over zucchini noodles and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Enjoy with a sprinkling more of hemp seeds and/or nutritional yeast and enjoy!
