@James Redic Protein comes from plants. When you eat meat, the protein you get from that is from that animals diet. And Yes you'll see a drastic change

We humans are animals and yes protein comes from plants but thats for ruminant animals that can ferment the plants, we as humans do not have that ability, We cannot get all the protein from the plants as its molecular structure is not the same of animal protein. All vegans know nothing about nutrition and they always eventually go back to meat because they eventually get malnourished which leads to many health issues.

Im SO HAPPY i finally found a sista that i can follow that motivates me. I use 2 do 6runs per yr but suffered a bad injury that stopped me from running. So now having a problem getting mentally stable 2 start working out again. My diet was always bad but at my age now i really need 2 change it! Watching ur programs has lit a spark in me 2 fully start again..& im very excited 2 study the food outline 2 change my diet. Sometimes we need 2 c others taking caring of themselves 2 get back on track. Thank u 4 being a beautiful soul sista!!
Thanks for showing that your feet move during plank twist. I always thought I was doing it wrong bc I couldn't just roll to the sides of my feet and back. I'm constantly adjusting even on a yoga mat.

I’m 58, ethical vegan, animal activist, and teach Yoga but even so my body has turned to mushy-mush because of the hormone drop so I have learned & know I MUST do strength training. Been watching a lot of videos on building muscle and maybe this doesn’t apply to young people as much (seems like we can do anything when we’re young and look great), but, I’ve seen weightlifters say that you need to have protein and carbs BEFORE and after your workout. What if you’re not hungry? I’ve also seen and heard a lot about intermittent fasting boosting energy (something else of which I have little of) and creating more muscle. Your thoughts? What is this world coming to? Ribs, watermelon, fried chicken, collards, mac n cheese, potato salad, candid yams, baked spaghetti. These are the things I eat and I am happy.
I have been vegan for five months and have dropped 72 lbs. By eliminating meat and dairy from my diet, it has cured the back pain that I have suffered from for two years in two weeks of eating a plant based diet. Now I just need to improve my workout routine.

Absolutely gorgeous 😍, warm ups are very important!! The food you eat are important to keep the energy through the day. I do a pineapple and kale, orange juice with mango (slice) with ice and avocado and that has all the nutrients. Great work out video Miss Mitchell!!
