GUYS 😂 I think the setting you had on your gyro was 3x meaning it only dampens the affect of the wind keeping the plane from bouncing around if you can set it to 6x then it will self level, however generally in 6x your throws are reduced considerably and rools are difficult if not impossible. You can check the mode by holding the model at an angle and the control surfaces will move to correct for level proportional to how steep the pitch angle. 3x is just a fast twitch then back to neutral. 6x will hold position until the model is level. Cool model by the way congratulations. GUYS !!!
Awesome mine is slowly getting there 30mm edf batwing i plan on using my micro mini spirit flybarless system and down load the aeroplanes.what settings do i need to do on my spectrum dsmx 9 channel tx.thanks
The gyro you have used are great! But you should try a speedybee mini wing fc, now that you would love ! And im very happy to hear your taking it to flightfest, i really hope you get featured on the channel, i really think this model would suite the FlightTest guys.
Hey buddy, I'm getting ready to maiden my first batwing. But I am curious if you can make the files so I can print it on my k1 max using creality print....thanks
Perhaps a deep blue would make it more visible? Otherwise great to see more of the Batwing. Makes me wonder about the abilities of the other designs would be, TAS, Later TAS, Forever.
Oh man, you have to do an FPV one of these - as for the colour, i'm doing a gold paint kind of like that too ;) I'm hoping that a pla only print won't be too heavy!!! Are you going to bog up the seam lines for flightfest? Have you thought of putting in dowels and dowel holes for the parts to keep them alligned? My biggest issue in the build was keeping everything lined up during the gluing but if there were parts that connected in and out, the lining up would have not been an isue.
You should try a Speedybee F405 mini with gps and Inav, I will do my first without Inav, but the second I will and modify you files to have the pockets for the Inav and gps positions.
Great videos thanks. Do you have more of the videos of building your aircraft in Shapr3D? I really can only find the cartoon Viggen being built. It’s great but I’m looking for more of your techniques for fuselage and canopy shapes. Thanks for any help.
I posted mannny videos of my design and they didn’t get many views. Also a few guys started doing what I’m doing “not as well” but stealing my modeling techniques and selling designs so I’d be helping my competitors 😝
Absolutely the Bambu P1s is probably the best all around price/performance. You can still get good results with a cheaper printer but you need to baby sit the prints. Email me at builtfastkyle@gmail.com and I’ll guide you
Good they are great. I found this to be even better then AS3X planes from horizon. Just use the normal mode for flying and adjust the gains so you can barely notice
Tiny speakers pointed downward playing the music from the Movie, and it would be extra funny and awesome zipping around over everyone!! 😍😂❤️🔥🫂🙏🤞🤘🍀 I think you could even make the bottom Black to silhouette perfectly in the sky, and keep the top either silver or for that bling touch Gold Leaf it!! Great design and job making it though! Happy new Subscriber curious to see how your designs keep evolving!! ❤🫂🙏🍀🎉
Excellent updates to the Batwing and an excellent flyer. Just for info, the gyro link is not the Hobby Eagle you talk about. You mention $29 and MotionRC so that's the Hobby Eagle A3 Lite. Essentially the Hobby Eagle A3 Lite is gyro only, no auto-level mode. The Amazon link is, I suppose, a knock-off, but includes more features than the A3-Lite. Too funny, you are loving this gyro but then say... "If you're not a confident flyer, I'm going to have to recommend a gyro." Further along in the video you put up $17 on the screen so I'm not sure which gyro you're using. Congrats on a great flyer. Regarding hand launching issues... they are a problem... sometimes. Several of us at my field have the Arrows 50mm BAE Hawk and T-33... excellent little jets. Arrows gyro has 3 modes... Off, Stabilized, Auto-Level. On Stabilized you can still easily mess up a hand launch... we did it all the time at first. However, on Auto-Level, we have never messed up a hand launch... they are all perfect. Launch on Auto-Level and then switch to stabilized mode. I don't know if that's actually what you're doing here, but that's the only way to guarantee a good hand launch.
I thought that was a hobby eagle. I have a few of them. Some from motion RC and some are from Amazon. This one is the one on the link. Works great! That’s great info. I’ll use level mode for hand launch and regular for flying. I wasn’t sure. 👍🏻
Hey Kyle obtained my first 64 mm unit! It's a freeing 3-4s with reverse esc if you could, could you recommend a plane you designed for it? I'm using my 70 for the pocket rocket you gifted me a bit back! I hope to see you at flite fest this summer!
@@hotlapkyle also like the f4d I'm really into the j10 but I cant image me flying that well. I'll be honest since I've "known" you. You know that I was very well not good back like 5 months ago. I would say I'm decently good and can definitely fly edfs well now. Thank you for so long helping me I really appreciate it dude you have grown so much!!
Bro I’m a techotard, and heard you explain this already, but I’ll be redundant and ask anyway, what type of Bambu printer are you using and other than that what else would I need to use it! FYI, I currently don’t own any type of computer!
Yes I have a Bambu P1S and a P1P. You definitely need a Mac or PC to “slice” the prints. The slicer software takes the part I design and it slices it into layers for the printer to understand. If you’re a complete beginner and you have some money to spend, a P1S and a decent but nothing crazy laptop can do everything. You’ll definitely need to get foaming LW PLA filament from 3d labprint. This makes the planes light enough and strong enough to fly. I can make a beginner video for people
@@hotlapkyle I appreciate you taking time to answer my question, gonna have to think this one over, been into RC’s for over 35 years, this is a little different! Thanks again
Ha, I've never understood anti gyro stances. Most modern jets would not be controllable via human input alone so why should we expect a smaller scale version to be better? Plus, it's nice to flip a switch if(when) someone comes up and stays talking to you while you've got the thing in the air, a big flies in your eye, or whatever other random thing that might happen.
You are late to the party... Stick a flight controller with inav in it plus a gps and then you enter a whole new realm of possibilities... then after that, digital fpv?
quit saying OMG! I really like your channel and what your doing. I think your batwing sux. however I like almost everything else... just quit using GODS name in vain all the time...
Hahah I either speak or I don’t. I don’t have the ability to read from a script while flying an RC airplane. Plus I feel 99.9% of my viewers want the REAL me in my videos especially when they’re spending their money on my designs. I’m 100% real if I’m on video or if you’re a guy flying with me when my GoPro is off.
Of course it flys well! did y'all think Batman is stupid?
I’m in awe and would love to see fpv with this!❤
I just keeps getting better, and better, Maybe later you can put Batman in the cockpit. 😀
That smooth level float at low speed is fantastic!! That gyro for under 20 bucks is amazing.
This is incredible, pushing the boundaries of RC!
I want to buy one.. lov it flight ability
Subscribed, I am an FPV pilot but have been wanting to get into some wings also. This may just be my first build, but I want to try making it FPV.
Try INAV or Ardupilot system, that will be a great investment for long term!
Try the new Batwing from the 2023 Flash movie. McFarlane Toys makes one with a 3 foot wing span that you could use as a basis, I bet it’s even better.
I don't care how many of these fabulous videos you make, you are NOT gonna make a geek out of me. No sir!
That looks freakin awesome! add some LED lights and fly it at dusk 🙂
GUYS 😂

Really cool looks like amazing fun as well
Make a silver blue version truly 👏amazing 👏 🤩 💙
Nice...
Now waiting on the 700mm version... 😂😊
perect result with the gyro......thumbs up👍👍
Well Done! The Flite Test Aura Lite is on my list to try. It has launch assist for peace of mind flying.
Ok, we need a movie moon stall 😊

A beautiful flying plane
F16/XL coming soon 👍🏻
@@hotlapkyle that will work, I can't wait to see what you come up with on your design
looks like it's flying great. I picked up a gyro myself. lol i saw a few right turns. hahaha.
Yes!
also wondering if theres a kit that can be bought for those of us without a 3d printer

Great videos here from Scotland how easy is it to build these I have a Bambu 1xc printer
Nice! Well...the Batwing is a custom one-off fighter jet. 🙂
Hey buddy, I'm getting ready to maiden my first batwing. But I am curious if you can make the files so I can print it on my k1 max using creality print....thanks
are you just going to scale up to 90mm edf, or redesign?
Work of art
@hotlapkyle I just purchased the files last night and got some LW-PLA coming. Are the files on cult up to date as of this video?
Thank you! Yes the ones on cults are the latest 👍🏻 you’ll get an email if I update anything
Perhaps a deep blue would make it more visible? Otherwise great to see more of the Batwing. Makes me wonder about the abilities of the other designs would be, TAS, Later TAS, Forever.
Don't worry about left hand turns, looks like NASCAR to me but only a little bit higher up 😊

I'm printing a 70mm version. Scaled up 140 percent
That’s incredible

P1s Bambu printer / what filament, what settings. Please help.
Email me at builtfastkyle@gmail.com and I’ll send over info
It would be nice if you could add some whistle to the Batwing.
I have thought about that 👍🏻

Was just looking for Shapr3D user support. Trust me, not trying to steal your designs.
Is this what all those UFO sightings caught on video are all about?😜
Love the Video you have inspired me to buy a 3d printing machine can you give me a reference to 1 I want to print the plans I purchased from you!

Believe it or not I have a few of these gyros, but I haven't used one yet . After seeing this, I have changed my mind.

Question about Gyro's not knowing. If your gyro fails are there any issues? Thanks
Nope! I’ve flown it 15 times without any gyro at all

For me a gyro does the fast reactions that I would do sitting in that plane.
The bat dark knight please 🔥🔥
Now you need to buy some balloons to test it with?
Do you sell them
Je does sell the files to print them

I would love to buy one of these fully built. If you can help me with this please pm me and let me know... i am verry interested..
Damn dude love this
Fly it at night so you can fly in front of them moon like the movie
I challenge you to fly right turns on your next 2 videos
Hahaha!
Hammer head stall in front of the sun.
Maybe a forward stole flap in the forward center
Good thought 💭
Wow
Link to latch?
