Hi. After numerous GI, fibromyalgia, extreme stress, low immune, not taking time to eat well, blah, 🙃 etc... . I discovered juicing is much different than eating the entire veggie. There are times when I do leave the pulp in. With the pulp in the juice, whether fiber soluble or insoluble) there's so much fiber attached to the nutrients and this keeps the nutrients from being absorbed. I use the extra in muffins or homemade crackers, veggie burgers, or plant food lol. There's no waste! Juicing allows for the extreme phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, micronutrients and so much more, to be immediately available to the cells and rapidly absorbed. So juicing is different than cutting up vegetables and fruit. Each day you judge on how your body feeling or what your body is healing from. Many of these ideas birthed from people fighting cancer, Lyme disease, Celiac Disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, extreme exhaustion MS, and some autoimmune diseases.
