    If ur wondering the amount of protein and carbs in the powder its
    • Total Protein: Approximately 61 grams
    • Total Carbohydrates: Roughly 93 grams
    • Total Fiber: Around 24 grams
    Keep in note that this recipe isn’t that bad but there is more carbs then protein so this would be more better for people bulking and don’t have time to buy protein powder or don’t have a supplement store like a gnc nearby

      This would be per cup I’m assuming?
      My question is finding a less processed protein powder for a morning shake. This would definitely achieve this at 61g if protein made by myself!

      @iicodez1986 Protein powders are about ~90-140kcal per scoop and 30 grams each. If we divide the recipe above by 10, you'll get 104kcal per protein powder scoop. Pretty standard I'd say. Oh, also almonds are 200kcal per 30gr so it makes sense.
      The protein being 4.3gr per scoop is kind of...eh. Normal protein powders give you about ~20-24gr per scoop

    • @luvelelife
      @luvelelife  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi there, the full batch will contain approx 70 grams of protein. You would have to work out how many scoops you get out of one batch and divide this, as everyone will have different scoop sizes.

    • @motog4-75
      @motog4-75 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@luvelelife not sure how you would add it because it's of a different type of density to start with, pea protein that is. But I'm sure that could bump up the overall protein gramage/percentage.

    I caculated ingrideints and its 1444 calories and 60 grams of protein 24.4 calories for 1 gram of protein avareg protein powders ratio is 3 calories per protein so it is kinda high calories for that much protein it would work out if you are trying to gain weight

    • @ChuckRiseUp
      @ChuckRiseUp ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I would avoid putting almonds and other nuts in it tbh. I would rather add split green peas and/or red quinoa instead for more protein and iron. Also, dont forget that most protein powder out there gives around 20 to 30 grams or protein per serving, so I think using the 60g per serving here is a bit much. Thing is, I think you need less grams per serving here cause this is way more nutritiously dense.
