Today we get back into the garage and do a complete Blackout of our 2020 Nissan Altima. We use plasti-dip to blackout all the chrome on the car and put new 19" Wheels and Tires on the car along with a new color matched Spoiler. Hope you enjoy. I put on front splitter and spoiler. I went to shop and they wanted $2k for the full chrome delete on the car. This helped a lot

Quality work!? Spray can! Quality work!???? Not!!! I would of wrapped it or buy already black trims and emblems!!! Yah cost money but small price to pay for a Bad Ride,!!!!!

Do you have any more pictures of it outside of the garage? I love the spoiler...I had a 2015 Altima but it was totaled...and I came across a blk 2019 sv that I might get...it's that floating roof and chrome beltline that brothers me....if I get it. I would like to duplicate what you done to this one. Best looking one I've seen so far.

Where did you get that spoiler from? I have a 2019 altima so its the same generation but I'm having trouble finding a spoiler for it. by the way a built turbo sentra is a way cooler idea because you don't see those everyday. more unique.

Yeah. I was gonna do the same. I did the red lettering on my Titans emblems when I did it, I just sprayed some red enamel in the paint cap and painted it on. Been on for 6 years now but needs to be redone soon.

There isn’t a lot you can do, but install a cold air intake and an after market exhaust or muffler delete. You can turbo these engines but can only go up to 8lbs of boost on stock motor. You of course will need a tune if you turbo.

If you get that spray on the car paint like when you do the emblems is it noticeable?
If you happen to get any on the car it will peel right off, but yes it’s a matte black so it’s noticeable.
Where’d you buy the spoiler from I’m having a hard time finding one

Is this a better option that wrapping? I’m not sure if i should wrap or paint

How is the dip doing on the front I haven’t been wanting to do cause I’m afraid the front would peel easily

The front is doing great. The only issue is the drivers door handle, and that’s because I screwed it up when I peeled off the tape. Def don’t use the glossifier stuff. I’m gonna redo the handles with hyper dip this summer

They are TSW Sebring wheels, I got them from CARiD.com and just put in that the car was a 2019 Altima SR, and used the factory size wheels and tires.
How’s the chrome delete by the windows doing now ? Does it look faded ?
Doesn’t look faded but it’s started to peel in a couple little pin drop areas where the arm rest where driving

Got them from Carid.com they are TSW Sebrings. Search for 2019 Altima SR, they are the stock 19” size that come on the SR or Platinum

Altimas are super reliable. 30k miles now. Actually I’ve never had any issues with any of my Nissans.

It will look good, and if you don’t like it you can always pee it off.
How well did the spray age? Do you have to do occasionally touch ups? I just got this Altima, the 2021. absolutely in LOVE with it
So far so good… there is some peeling going on the drivers handle now, but it’s a year old. Probably gonna do some touch ups this spring.
Good luck with car , I hope you get warranty on in .. all electrical shit goes out in 2 years , and tablet knobs will stop working.. I have to manually lock and unlock the doors .. should be a recall look it up all 2019 to 2022 have this problem fuck Nissan

They were rims, yes they would fit but I sold them right after that video was done

I look into it, the tail lights on this are already kinda blacked out from the factory. I have a spare set of head lights some where so I’ll get it set up

What spoiler is that?
Got it off of CarID.com just search for 2019 Nissan Altima Spoiler, it comes right up and you can have it paint matched. It’s basically the factory option for the 2015 model.

There are links in the comments for the spoiler and wheels. Got both off of CariD.com just search for 2020 Altima SR. Wheel are TSW, spoiler is stock design for the earlier model altima

What offset do you have?
+40 offset, I believe it’s stock offset for the 19” wheels. Same as what come on the SR

It’s behind a clear plastic shield on this car. I ordered an LED backlit emblem for it so no point in messing with it since I’m replacing it.

You don't have to get the tape right up to the edge. I'd be more interested to see how you wired up the spoiler. :)
Spoiler is just tapped into the brake light in the rear window. I just fished the wired through the trunk and along the trunk hinge and tapped the wires near the connector before it goes up into the rear deck
