What a life Mr. Reeve has. Install a shower door and hang a few pieces of drywall, and he gets instant rewards at the dinner table. Tough gig! Back in my day, we'd do more work than that before the morning coffee was hot! Kids these days got no idea what life was like- when you had to earn your meals through hard work using stone tools, dodging vicious predators and what not. We had to make our own silicone, it didn't come in a tube. Tubes are for sissies, sissies I tell ya!!! That's how I got my name, you know, breaking rocks with my bare hands. The dust was my pay. -Dusty

Reeve reports the lack of sheetrock on his side of the bed is wonderful. He says now he can put his legs on his side of the bed. Poor guy!
Vinegar, baking soda and a Magic eraser is what I use to clean those shower doors once they get some use and soap scum on them. All the best!! Congrats!!

We lived in a house for 15 years that had a clawfoot tub/shower set up. The shower curtain and "spelunking" issues were very similar to yours. We had the added fun of the toilet being right next to the tub😳. If the lid was up, it was a scary exit. I'm happy to have shower doors now and a much bigger shower area. Dinner looked amazing😊.
Oh! I never thought of the dangers of a clawfoot tub. Good news that’s one thing I don’t want anymore. Ha! And the toilet exit. Yikes! Making a slam dunk was not necessarily a good thing. I’m guessing… Ha! Be blessed friend.

I always remove the glass shower doors. I don't like cleaning them, shower curtain just get thrown into the washing machine. We all have our taste. Looks real nice. I'm sure you'll be excited to shower now.

That was a real quality of life improvement :) And yes, the box is a great size for a brooder. I currently have eggs in the incubator for the first time and are in brooder-thinking-mode here :)

Good job on the shower and the walls but, a better job on the Tortellini soup. I was smacking my lips as you were ladling it into the bowl. Yum! Yum! I have one of those zippity lights on the inside of my front door because, I had no place to put it, lol.

Miss Crystal can you do a video on how you make the tortellini? I make pasta and even ravioli but have not tried that one
I am definitely going to make a video on the smoked salmon tortellini. Probably won’t be till this fall though or I might wait till souping with friends in November if we do that again.
@@FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska I can’t wait. I make ravioli and freeze them.. then my daughter gets a wild hair and will go digging in the freezer and find some from ages ago. You would think she won the lottery by the screaming and joy she does. My daughter hates spinach except when it is in the pasta. My ravioli has a lot of spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan in it.
