I'm binge watching all your videos. I love them. Just a thought for you. People love grocery hauls. It might bring you more subscribers and viewers if you'd show what you bought. Ty for sharing your lives with us.
That's a great idea...I have thought of that. The tricky part is our tiny cabin space and lighting inside of our cabin to showcase the items and have the video turn out bright enough... Brings challenges for videos sometimes. However I will keep that in mind. I would love to do that on a Costco haul
I could not believe some of the cereal prices!!! Yikes!! Big big garden here we come! Thank you for watching. Lily and I are harvesting devils club today for medical tincture..out in nature today!🌲
Did you get the tomatoes in. They need some crushed egg shells for calcium, it keeps them from getting brown rot as they ripen. Also banana peel water (soak peels in jar of water for 24 hrs) pour water on the potassium helps generate blooms.
Funny you said that. We just planted our tomatoes a few days ago. Under one we buried old bananas underneath it...experimenting if it would make a difference Good to know about the calcium! Will do your banana soak in all...thank you for that great tip...I didn't know that! Great to learn
I met a girl from Wasilla down here in Utah a few months ago and she called 3 Bears 'ghetto Costco'. I don't know why but I was slightly offended, even if it's true lol. The 3 Bears in Sterling was a lifesaver when I was up there last year.
I was an optometrist and my husband owned a tractor service.... Thank you for admiring us and supporting the channel! My mom and sister are still in Oregon, miss them but my mom might be coming up to visit in July! That should be a hoot
Hi Sarah. We live in northern BC Canada and your prices are somewhat similar to ours. Butter at Costco is over five bucks a pound and milk is like 5.50 a gallon. Your chicken and burger is quite a bit cheaper. I haven’t bought any for a year as we are eating moose burger and homegrown meat birds, 🌷🇨🇦
Ok good to know. The more food we can grow the better. At least we know more about our food that way...from seed to the finished crop. We know why that is important too
You guys go to Costco for your long term food in bulk an shop locked for weekly are monthly needs that help out a lot make a day of it Wal-Mart an costco an get new movies at Wal-Mart to watch much love God bless
Greetings Mildred! Yes we have also thought about starting to use Azure? Do you have any experience with that? I have heard it's good quality stuff. Yes movies at Walmart sounds great We also use our local library too. Winter time is a great time for movies because it gets dark at 3pm. Thank you for watching us😊👌
@@Alaskan6pack yes good food an healthy as well it's worth it to get stocked up. An have it on hand to cut cost. An at Wal-Mart movies are like 5 dollars so stock up on all kinds you like movie an popcorn night yea know it changes things up a bit. Lots love God bless
.79cents for one fake Top Ramen? $9.00 for a normal size jar of strawberry jam? Freak that!,you guys considered on next family, etc. visit to the lower 48 and just shop to you drop for groceries, etc. While in the lower 48, get the real deal Top Ramen at: Sherman,WinCo,etc. Highway Robbery in the Yukon and Alaska to all that come.
Friends in Hawaii, every couple of years, they (nuclear/extended family) all make a list for shopping on the mainland. Even the couple of grand for shipping for a container or packed full recently bought used SUV/ minivan ( on the mainland). everyone comes out a head; because decent used cars fetch good money on the Islands and they saved a fortune on consumables. Your son mentioned the KIA did not have a differential in a video? What he meant to say, the Sportage has neither a limited- slip or Locker. Good news potentially. KIA products from that era were all Mazda based platforms byway of a license-royalty Agreement. Why does it matter? Nearly every RWD Japanese car uses Toyotas ( Aisan-Warner Division) axles and bolt on differentials. The KIA was built in Korea, but all built with Japanese blueprints. If your son digs into it,there is probably a limited-slip or Locker Kit out there for a cross reference Toyota differential. Hope that makes sense.
I live in the great of Montana and all prices you there we have been seeing the same prices here and why will let us not get into that But you know why

Oh my...I don't understand that.?
The 3 Bears staff is always great.!
We love it there... it's a lifesaver when you can't make it to Costco !
Challenging prices in addition to environment. Admire your determination and ingenuity. What type of work did you do in Oregon?

Yes we used to shop at Winco when we lived in Oregon. It was my favorite

Some prices were crazy more than MN but others very close, meats close. Mayo was crazy? Do you make your own Mayo?
I don't have a stick blender...not yet.
I know it is pretty easy!
The cereal prices were crazy! We don't eat cereals... I guess that's a good thing
Nothing healthy in those cereal boxes.
Cancer causing ingredients, I agree
