    This is one of the best recipes of paneer on the internet. I've tried a lot of recipes but this one makes the softest and the most creamy paneer ever. This video deserves more likes.

      There's a secret recipe for whey too.
      Thicken it by adding 2 tbsp of besan for 1 ltr of milk used.
      Bring the mix to boil by stirring it. Also add finely chopped ginger to it when it's boiling. Green chillies are optional. Add sugar 1 tbsp and salt 1/4 tsp.
      Prep tadka by heating oil and then adding pinch of hing powder, 1/2 tsp of mustard(small size), 1/4 tsp of zeera and 1/4 tsp of sauf. Add curry leaves.
      Once tadka prepared add it to the boiled mix.
      Serve it with meals as a soup.
      Add boondi if reqd...

    Nicely explained...
    Every time I tried curdling the milk to make chena, it wouldn't get curdled.. I now got the answer, I used to add lemon juice when the milk was hot, boiling on flame

    • @shwetajune82
      @shwetajune82 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can also use vinegar, but please use in lesser quantities that lemon juice. You don't need a lot of vinegar for making paneer.
