Thank you I’ve been wanting to make Paneer Butter Masala Recipe ever since I got one of the packaged ones because I loved it but wanted to make homemade but didn’t know how to get the paneer so I started looking on you tube and then saw your instant pot one and I tried it and it worked so well and now I can make the recipe and have the delicious food I’ve been craving ty very good teaching video
Thank you so much. I’m from the Sami people. Here in north of Norway we Sami people have made a cheese with almost the same method as paneer. The milk can be from reindeer or sheep also. When it’s pressed it get put by the fire or in the oven for about 20 minutes. The cheese are cubes up and added directly into a cup of coffee as a meal in the go. Also eaten without coffee but with cloud berries. Now I know how to make it with my instant pot 😊🙏🙏
(a bit late to the video but still) Another use for whey is to get rid of powdery mildew on plants, dilute it quite a bit and spray it on. The UV from the sunlight makes it work but they're still trying to figure out how exactly.
I’m about to give up tying this recipe, I always end up with grainy paneer, kinda like mince. Even if I succeed carefully cooking it, the texture when eating does not seem to be correct. I want it to be soft but chewy, it never comes out like the shop bought ones.

What kind of milk need more or less vinegar?
Hi, can I use lemon juice instead of vinegar? If so then how much I have to use it. Please advise. Thanks

I want this right now🙄
Thanks for the recipe but not everybody has a such sophisticated boiler.
You’re welcome! You can follow and same recipe and boil the milk on stove top too. Rest of the steps remain the same. I hope this helps!
The soft paneer must squeak a little when you chew it.
