Wow I'm going to see if using the ice will improve my paneer! Also I'm so glad that this method skips the step to hang the paneer suspended as that is very hard to do!
Thank you, I have been looking for a decent recipe for mozzarella to maje at home and this paneer is the closest one that is simple to make and doesn'tcost a fortune. . New subscriber 😊
I tried making paneer for the first time at home by following your recipe, and I must say it is perfect. Paneer came out soft and it tastes delicious. Thank you for this video.
That's really cool! How do you do it that it doesn't crumble? When I make paneer, it always seems fine but then it starts crumbling apart when I add it to a sauce :/
Heya can we use kirkland whole milk for it ? Which milk do you prefer for making paneer ? Love your channel 😍 And i do watch it everytime when i want to try some new recipes 🤗
I squeezed out as much liquid as possible and my curd was very crumbly. I'm thinking I should have squeezed out less liquid. Let's see what happens in 2 hours.
Boil 2 litres of milk Once its gets boiled, add lemon juice in 3 batches Take 2 lemons juice Once paneer forms, add 5 cubes of ice Use kitchen cloth to sieve paneer Wash paneer to remove excess lemon juice Keep a weight over paneer Make a shape of panner Keep aside dor 2 h

what happened during the edit at 2:30?
Not sue
@@Nidhicooks Did you knead the paneer at the edit of 2.30? It is clear that the paneer has been flipped. Just wondering
How does it look so smooth? Like almost store bought 😮
Omg your paneer looks better than store bought one! My paneer doesn’t retain its shape. Falls apart when I try to cut it. Any idea why?
Mine too. After this video, I don’t think I’m using enough weight to press it, or I’m not squeezing enough liquid out.
Or because I’m salting it before I press it.
Beautiful!! Thanks for sharing.
Glad u liked it
@@Nidhicooks I made paneer this morning it's delicious and cheap!!!

Hi from New Zealand! Can this paneer be fried lightly before adding to a curry/gravy please?
Yes absolutely
This is cow or buffalo milk
We usually get cow milk here in usa so cant use buffalo milk bt if u have that use that
They're Limes NOT Lemons?
What a condescending way of teaching someone the difference between limes and lemons. Hope you got the ego boost you were desperate for
Don't use ikea knife it has a design fault. It has tendency to cut nails or fingers while chopping no matter how careful you may. Good recepie though.
okay

There are only 2 ingredients as mentioned
