As a guy who drag raced motorcycles and cars for quite a few years I think your road race bike would lend itself greatly to drag racing with little more than a rear tire change, and some suspension adjustments (if you have double adjustable valving on the front and rear).

on this valve adjust. we go to cylinder 2 which is the rear unit and get compression stroke to adjust cylinder 1 the front??? i would think that cylinder 1 the front piston would be on the overlap stroke??? am i wrong??? also i would have compression on both cylinders if i had no push rods in motor yet valves are closed due to i am installing adjustable push rods... so should i look at the position of the lifters to be all the way down position on the heel of the cam? on that cylinder i am about to adjust ? and would it be ok to adjust both cylinders in that position ??? i would think yes. because i just saw you setting compression stroke on rear cylinder then adjust from cylinder ???? so are both cylinders on compression stoke at the same time??? is one cylinder on compression stoke and other on overlap position??? i don't understand...

Watch again , he explained that after finding TDC on the rear cylinder he realized it would be easier to film the adjustrment on the front cylinder . so off camera he rotated the motor to TDC on the front cylinder , Also he mentioned but didn't show another way of finding TDC on compression which is to expose the pushrods and watch them move and when the cylinder at TDC is on compression the pushrods for that cylinder will be on base curve and not move at all but on overlap one pushrod will be moving up and the other one down
