  • Join me for a fat burning, 30 minute cardio aerobics workout and lets burn some calories. This is a steady state, low impact cardio aerobics workout with variety of moves and fun upbeat music. It is a no repeat, low impact HIIT fusion workout, which makes it suitable for beginners and more advanced.
    Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!

    mình dùng tan mỡ và có ủng hộ sữa rữa mặt của chị t&n lên phây búc tìm sumitn tan mỡ là ra t & n đó , không pr nhé cảm nhận thật của mình giảm mỡ lên vùng da khi thoa mà không cần tập thể dục mới dùng được 7 tháng ròi ❤

    Love the cardio blast at the end! I did real jacks on the penultimate move so I hopped for about 2 mins straight so I did a 10 min cool-down afterward. Great stuff!

    3:11:13 mấy bạn muốn có động lực tập thì cứ nghĩ đến 1 vóc dáng mà bạn luôn muốn được như vậy,hoặc quyết tâm phải đẹp hơn đứa mình gét chẳng hạn.mình trước k tập nổi mấy bài tâp,vì mới đầu tập đau bụng nản lắm nhưng cứ mở váy vóc ra ngắm là lại có động lực.đến giờ bài nào cũng tập được hết.lần đầu cmt vì bài tập rất là hiệu quả và dễ tập .kết hợp thoa tan mỡ trước lúc ngủ lên phây búc tìm sumitn tan mỡ là ra t & n đó mình mua đó xài nhờ đó có eo mặc đồ bao đẹp. ❤❤❤

    Week 1 done with a few mods with 1 rule. I have to do the workout scheduled. Used to doing full body cardio weights daily so I added in cardio and strength when needed. Added this to the end of your full body strength program. 177 active calories burned. Looking forward to week 2. ❤️❤️❤️

    Wooohoo! Week 1 done! Almost didn’t do todays workout but the minute I started it I knew it was going to be fun! This is my kind of HIIT, low impact but still sweat like crazy! Can’t wait for week 2!! x
