I have the E-4orce Evolve model here arriving next week. I think this is a very accurate review. You are impressed by the same things I was and noticed it's poorer points, especially practicality (not a deal breaker as I will need practicality). Also it's high equipment levels helped. Good review!
@@ejjrl1ify Thanks! I think overall the Mustang Mach E provides a better driving experience (although firmer and sportier) and the tech is more modern feeling than the Ariya. Mustang also has true one pedal driving. In terms of space and height though the Ariya feels like a more grown up SUV. I'd have a hard time choosing between the two.
Thanks for the reply mate. It’s a toss up between an Ariya evolve FWD or a Mach e GT in grabber blue! Both the same age and similar mileage however the mustang is 4.5k more!
Good review, interested as to why you said to avoid the engage as its slow to charge? Nissan have confirmed on the website it takes the same time to charge as all the other models?
The spec sheet I got said otherwise but looks like you are correct, potentially they may have revised this recently which is good as even at 130kw they are behind the competition
130kW isn't the important number, the important number is time from 10% to 80 or 90% and... it's faster than some of its competitors, that's what matters.
I test drove this car in Portland Oregon and I don’t remember the plush carpet. I wonder if that’s a European thing. Impression is that this is a very nice car that came out a little too late and cost too much to catch on in a big way. The charging specs are just okay. I think part of the appeal is some normal features like the door handles, rear wiper and functioning sunroof. I like it, I just think I’d like a 2025 Ioniq 5 more with all of the updates it’s getting. Nissan seems slow to announce any changes for the Ariya.
Totally agree. Too little too late in comparison to the competition - but it does offer some comfortable features that rivals don’t, so could still be ideal for some. I think you summed it up well.

Thanks for watching, I appreciate the feedback!
Great upload. Would you choose this or the Mustang Mach E?

@@ejjrl1ify I’m lucky that I get to borrow these cars and be critical, but I think if it was my own money on the line I’d go mustang!

Best review out there. Thank you

@@Cosmycal Totally agree. I used to have a 2018 Model 3 AWD; and my Ariya--big battery--charges just as fast from say 17% to 90%.

I love this car
Anyone else get the ceramic grey? Thoughts on it?
I’ve got it. Love it!
@@charliewhittaker3057 amazing! Thanks for the reply! Does it turn heads / evoke conversation?
I do, definitely does get views and conversations.
I've got it aswell. Love it. Was one of two incuded colors in my build, e-4orce evolve. Another country though, if that matters.
Japanese auto brands really dropped the ball on EVs.

How are you driving if you need to charge every five minutes? Sounds like a little bit of range anxiety and petrol head talk.
A bit of exaggerated humour. My review of the car was overall quite positive
Slow down. Not the car, but you're speaking so fast! Its a down Saff thing init.
