Shot in Open Gate, constant quality BRAW Q1.
Zeiss 35mm F2.0 EF Lens with ND 1.2.
This is test footage for a short film, experimenting with the potential look and feel.
Shot in London, UK.

The skin tones are exceptional
I dont think there is a better image comming out of a cinema camera today..Amazing work.
Facts!
It’s a good camera. My biggest “complaint” is the lack of third party cages at launch. The SmallRig 6k Pro cage sorta works but even that’s a bit of a kludge. But the output is as lovely as ever.

@@CurrentlyStuck It wasn’t shipping the last time I looked, but something to keep an eye on. What did get my attention from them is the XLR breakout cable they’ve developed. There’s a combo plug for the mini XLR end, with a one piece full sized XLR pair on the other end with a 15mm loop. I do want to have that as a rigging option now and then.
The mid49 looks mid lol.
I messaged Smallrig and they said they were coming out with a cage for it and to be on the lookout

More like she’s come from the country and seeing the big smoke for the first time. I think she’s ultra pretty, but that observation is too obvious .

The footage looks very nice. Did you do much with the grade or was this pretty straight from the cam.
I just applied the LUT that I was using in camera and that was it!

I used this LUT which I personally think is the closest to the Alexa:

What memory card did you use. Any dropped frames with Q1?
I used the sandisk 512gb one. I had one instance of dropped frames very early on. I updated the firmware and it hasn’t happened since

Look Amazing, just one question, how much time you got with a single battery? or do you use external power?
You get 45 minutes pretty consistently.
I’ve got 6 batteries, so I’m either swapping them or I use an external v mount battery via a d tap cable

It is possible but only in HD with a 16mm equivalent crop!
Otherwise, the closest in 6k is 17:9
