OMG, FINALLY an instructor who emphasizes that the bounce is a heel - dig-down motion and not a flying off the mat action ! You are so much fun ! I am 70, have been rebounding since the 90's and unfortunately have been 'off' for some time. This will be a great workout to east back into it. I appreciate 'Debbie' down below taking her time and pauses, as needed. Please keep producing videos
First time I've ever done this... and WOW CRAZY I had no idea is get my heart rate up so high. Granted I lost my balance a bunch, but I'm 54 and literally just started this journey. I felt like I could hardly hold my uterine floor, but I guess this is how you stay keggels as well😂😂😂 thank you for having a beginner class❤
New jumper here, 71, I am slowly adding more time to this workout. Day 1 did 8 min, Day 2 did 9 min, Day 3 did 10 min. I did an easy 10-minute beginner's rebounder workout first each day. Tomorrow I'll try this one and only and see if I can finish the whole thing. I love it!!
Incredible start to my rebound journey. Your programs provided me with the knowledge, fun and endurance to start and enjoy myself. I can’t seem to bounce and lift my leg off one at a time your workouts suit my level perfectly! Thank you so much
Hi. I just finished your workout for the 1st time. Loved it although I had to modify moves because of health issues. I'm 51 weigh 190 lbs and want change. I plan on doing this 2x a week for awhile. Baby steps for me because of my body issues and working on my mindset to keep going. This was a wonderful beginning. Thanks to how you warn us on the moves and what's coming next. Very helpful.
Did this for the first time on my trampoline. Loved it, although had to make a couple of stops to catch by breath. What I really loved is that there is really low impact on the knees and ankles and no high jumps
I am loving this workout!!!! This is exactly what I wanted from my rebounder. Not as much jumping but a good solid stay low workout!!! I am new to this so taking it slow, but feeling good so far!!!!
Best rebounder work out I have found in 6 years of doing them! Brisk and cheerful without being annoying. Confident and clear. Thanks so much!! only thing I miss was music
I stumbled across this workout because I found a rebounder at my parents house and felt like a bit of cardio so gave rebounding a go for the first time. I loved it!
Luv my trampoline. Hey even NASA says it's a bomb wrkout. I always feel good during and afterwards. Thanks for a fun routine to keep it fresh and going strong...
I just nearly died!! 😂😂😂 so after 2 babies a broken ankle and leg followed by lockdown I am soooooooooooo out of shape!! Without a doubt the worst I've ever been!! Started this workout yesterday, managed to complete it today (with a couple of pauses 🙈) hopefully tomorrow I will go straight through!! As the paw patrol say... "I'm on it" 😂😂 Wish me luck!! 😀
Just keep going! It will get better every day. I’ve come back from having kids and injuries as well. Don’t rush it. Take it easy in the beginning. You’ll be fine :).
This was amazing !!! 😍 Thank you so much Colette! I bought a rebounder two days ago and I’m looking for great workouts. Definitely saving this one to my favorite list. Greetings from France ✨
Just recently got my own trampoline!! this was my first work out using it! I burnt around 220 calories from this which is so awesome! I absolutely loved this, so much fun. Thank you for sharing! Im at my heaviest but this was totally doable for me and I’m surprised I lasted the entire time, I nearly stopped a handful of times but pushed thru it!
Glad you enjoyed it! If you're up for another challenge ... check out Colette's low-impact rebounder HIIT workout here: th-cam.com/video/wfAtaExyh8s/w-d-xo.html
F***ing amazing workout!! Enjoyed every minute of it and I love that I can play my own music with őt 🎉 thanks for this workout! My aim is 5x a week and lose some weight 💪💪💪
Just tried rebounding for the first time and man was this a work out. I felt more tired from 20 minutes of rebounding than I usually do from a hour of running on a treadmill. Hopefully next time I won't have to stop and take a break and can make it all the way through.
I did this the first day i got my rebounder and was like … uhh!!! So hard!! Now one month later I can complete it with much better coordination and form. Great feeling. And super sweaty all the same. Thanks!!
Hello...I enjoyed your video and was actually able to do it. I am 53 years old and trying to loose 20 lbs. The only thing I am bad at is coordination, so when you did 1 arm alternation, I just did both arms. I can't always switch to the moves easily but I do keep moving. Do you have more videos with music for beginners? If so I would love to do more of yours...thank you!
Wow! I made it! Only my first proper workout on my new rebounder. My trouble was my calves started seizing up! Guess that shows that my heels were pushing down as they should, but any suggestions on how I should resolve the calf issue? Stop and stretch them out and then continue?
I really enjoyed this workout!! However it felt like an intermediate class for me (I have done some beginner workouts before so was able to keep up, mostly) . This could be a beginner class for those young and fit but feels intermediate for older or less fit people
Great workout for newbies like me. My knees were bothering me a bit though. Is that common when you first start out? Could that have something to do with my form? I have one with bungee cords. Just started this week.
Put on your own music? Some of us are sooooo glad not to have to listen to that music they blast in the gym! Especially when everyone in the gym can bring in their own music anyway, and those of us who like some quiet can have it.
What a fun workout. I just finished chemo a week ago and decided I need to get back to my workouts. First time rebounding and your INSTRUCTIONAL & FUN video was amazing. I love how well you explained everything and guided us through a routine. This class is super fun & perfect for this BEGINNER!! lol-thanks much :)
I have just got a rebounder and I've tried following this video for the first time. I couldn't finish it!! I do sometimes cycle and walk, so i do exercise. But on this my heart rate got up as high as when I'm flat out cycling full tilt. I really felt it in my legs, but i also felt a bit dizzy and also felt some heaviness in my lower stomach. Is that all normal? I don't need to lose weight, i want to build muscle, tone and build strength and stamina. I've read that rebounding lowers blood pressure, but I already have really low blood pressure. I also read that it is good for preventing prolapse but then also read that women at risk of prolapse shouldn't use it. Both my nan and my mum had prolapses, i am hoping i will be the first to not have one. Anyway i will try again, but honestly I'm shocked at how just half way through I got so tired and felt so weak. Has anyone had this and persevered and got better?
I'm looking to buy a rebounder. What brand do you recommend. I have been researching the Cellerciser and the Rebound Air, but I think I notice that the one you are using has bungee cords rather than springs. Can you please inform me on the best type or is either the spring or the bungee cord equal.
Hi! Just started rebounding 1week ago. Trying a variety of beginner workouts. After the 3rd day, my back is killing me so I can’t bounce at all without incredible pain in my rib cage in the back/sides. I am newly diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and amazingly enough, it hardly bothers my joints at all. What is going on with my rib cage and how can I fix??
So I only do this video so far....awesome! But last 2 times I felt like I was going to pee myself? Is it not good for us or do I just need to strenghten my pelvic muscles?
I could only get through the first 10 minutes!!!! Yet, I am determined to do the full 20 mintues eventually! Does anyone have any thoughts on ways to "rest" yet keep moving? Like do I take it down to an easy bounce and then join in after I have had a quick moment to catch my breath? That is my guess. Plus being a busty women I need a wayyyy better sport bra! omg! It actually hurt. haha
yes! you can always find a high bounce, bounce down or knee march to catch your breath. You can even just keep pressing down through the heels without lifting the knees so high.
This was my first time using a trampoline. I was unable to do the entire workout. Is it normal that my calves were burning? I wasn’t really feeling it elsewhere??? Thank you!
welcome! yes - the unstable surface of the trampoline is definitely going to activate + strengthen the lower limbs. because you're constantly making micro adjustments to stay balanced. try thinking about scooping your core to your spine and finding a little more lightness through the legs - see if that helps!
looks like an angry bounce to me 😅 if you have a hormone imbalance like me, I’ve heard that you should avoid raising heart rate too high as it raises cortisol and makes tummy fat stick on! But I guess if your hormones are in check this would be an amazing work out! 🤞
I feel like this is a bit tough for a beginner. I have done quite a few rebounder workouts and this one was pretty hard to keep up with. Also, as someone working on pelvic floor issues (birthed 5 large babies...now peri-menopausal) this did not feel low-impact. Well done for someone looking for something more intense though.
Hi, Great Workout but, my tramp finally broke most of its springs…I just noticed that yours is totally different..please tell me what tramp that you have. Thanks for the fun !
Beginner for whom exactly!? I have never used a trampoline before but I was done after about 5 minutes! And my feet hurt I guess that's all my beginning self can do!
Tf, the fitness instructor could make even trampoline workout (which was supposed to be enormous fun), hard and boring 🙄🙄. Number 1 reason for me to not workout coz it gets soo boring. I thought trampoline is IT. I’m just gonna jump and bounce high and have amazing fun while getting fit. But this workout is no different than working out on the floor and on your mat. 🙄 Sorry..

Yes...and she does not go too fast!
DOUBLE BONUS!

I did it!! Finished the whole workout. So much fun, love the new moves in the second half!!
Just bought a rebounder. Trying new workouts. Yours was great. My heart is racing...in a good way. Thanks.
You are a great instructor, I enjoy immensely your class,
Please have more classes like this.
Thank You 💃🧘♀️
LOVED this one so much. Perfect low impact finish to a ferocious leg day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Incredible start to my rebound journey. Your programs provided me with the knowledge, fun and endurance to start and enjoy myself. I can’t seem to bounce and lift my leg off one at a time your workouts suit my level perfectly! Thank you so much

take your time! we are here to help you run your own race
Hope things are going well!
Good for your determination! You can do this!

I am so grateful for the lack of music. Play your own! :)
That felt killer!! 😂 thought I was going to die a few times but kept going. In the end, it felt amazing. All tension leaving the body 🎉 Thank you!
I am sweating as I am typing this , it's one of the best so far rebounding!!! Thank you so much!
From Argentina, this is the best in every aspect :)
I definitely had to reduce this workout, and shorten it; but this helped me get a start again with the trampoline.

what Gyl said! breaks are okay, meet yourself where you are and be gentle with yourself. Your body has been through so much
This was amazing !!! 😍 Thank you so much Colette! I bought a rebounder two days ago and I’m looking for great workouts. Definitely saving this one to my favorite list. Greetings from France ✨
I absolutely loved it. I didn't think I would last 20mins but I did🎉🎊🎊
you go!
Perfect! Just the right amount of time. Great workout! Thanks!
Just recently got my own trampoline!! this was my first work out using it! I burnt around 220 calories from this which is so awesome! I absolutely loved this, so much fun. Thank you for sharing! so glad you enjoyed! focus on that fun + joy your body is beautiful at all weights.
Just found this..Will be back for more.
Thank you!
The mirror position helps SO MUCH. Loved this workout ❤️ .... clicked and subscribed.
Great workout for beginners. Thanks so much!
Finally an inclusive and achievable rebound workout for a beginner - but with room to push myself. Thank you!
Terrific workout. Challenging but not overly complicated. Thank you!!

God bless you for sharing. New to this.

Great begginer class!!!I just love it!!! New subscribed from Brazil 💁♀
Love this workout, thank you! I also love that there is no music playing because I can play my own playlist in the background!!
that was an awesome workout - perfect for getting back into rebounding - thank you!!
welcome back!
Thank you for sharing it! Love it
Thank you. Best beginner video by far. Sobglad i found yij!
Awesome trampoline for kids and adults
Wanted to give up but pushed through awesome 👌
I did this the first day i got my rebounder and was like … uhh!!! So hard!!
Now one month later I can complete it with much better coordination and form. Great feeling. And super sweaty all the same.
Thanks!!
Thank you, what are thé benefits of trampoline. I have enjoyed your video

Great workout for newbies like me. My knees were bothering me a bit though. Is that common when you first start out? Could that have something to do with my form? I have one with bungee cords. Just started this week.
Will this be a good workout to try when I have healed the knee bursitis/tendonitis I developed from rebounding?
This was not beginner lol but the instruction was good safe and simple to follow
I agree - the moves themselves were easy enough but the pace was quite fast imo.
Totally NOT for beginners!
More like this please? 🙏🎉💯😅
Hi so glad to find some fun and effective workouts on TH-cam... Would really love some pumping music with it though...
Me too
Put on your own music? Some of us are sooooo glad not to have to listen to that music they blast in the gym! Especially when everyone in the gym can bring in their own music anyway, and those of us who like some quiet can have it.
Hi, I want to try this workout but what is the best size? what size are you currently using?
Great workout 😅
Love this! What trampoline do you use? The one I have feels like there's no support and your seems like there's a good amount
This is the ness trampoline powered by jumpsport!
Loved it,

Muy bien , gracias
hey awesome workout! how many calories does this workout burn?
Alguien sabe donde puedo ver mas clases de Colette?
Try strengthening your core first and keep core engaged while bouncing and maintain posure. This should help prevent back pain.
Hi where did you purchase your trampoline , I would like to get one like that
Can it decrease insulin resistance and decrease blood pressure
what size your trampoline?
So I only do this video so far....awesome! But last 2 times I felt like I was going to pee myself? Is it not good for us or do I just need to strenghten my pelvic muscles?
Have you found an answer to your question? I want to try this rebound exercise but worry about peeing too 🤭
that is very common esp. in mothers + totally okay. as you strengthen the pelvic floor you will be able to go longer without the urge to pee.
Plus being a busty women I need a wayyyy better sport bra! omg! yes! you can always find a high bounce, bounce down or knee march to catch your breath. You can even just keep pressing down through the heels without lifting the knees so high.
I experience a discomfort in my knees… I wonder if it is the trampoline. Do you have any suggestions please
Hi, can I do it on a bigger trampoline? I fit liyng down
I want to know what trampoline do you use please?
Definitely looks like a JumpSport
this is the ness trampoline powered by jumpsport!
❤ wow.
It’s very good! Delish. Not all that healthy lol. A great treat dinner tho, plus if you have people round you can cook ahead of time 👍
Is it better to do it with shoes or barefoot? It´s so motivating !!!!!
With shoes for your ankle stability!
where can I buy a good rebounder?
This was my first time using a trampoline. I was unable to do the entire workout. Is it normal that my calves were burning? I wasn’t really feeling it elsewhere??? Thank you!
welcome! yes - the unstable surface of the trampoline is definitely going to activate + strengthen the lower limbs. because you're constantly making micro adjustments to stay balanced. try thinking about scooping your core to your spine and finding a little more lightness through the legs - see if that helps!
same here Shelly, you are not alone! I'll take the advice from the ness on my next round.
looks like an angry bounce to me 😅 if you have a hormone imbalance like me, I’ve heard that you should avoid raising heart rate too high as it raises cortisol and makes tummy fat stick on! But I guess if your hormones are in check this would be an amazing work out! 🤞
So no recovery bounces between routines? I would like to see one that incorporates that.
What kind of rebounder is that? I’d like to purchase one like it!
This is the ness trampoline powered by jumpsport!
I feel like this is a bit tough for a beginner. I have done quite a few rebounder workouts and this one was pretty hard to keep up with. I agree with - the moves themselves were easy enough but the pace was quite fast imo.
No way was this for a beginner.
Please can you tell me the name of the song of the intro?
Great workout for beginners, thus far the greatest difficulty is weak ankles.
From where is her trampoline?
Same question
I think it's jumpsport the ness version
this is the ness trampoline powered by jumpsport!
This beginner couldn't even begin to keep up with this - it's beyond beginner.
Lol this isn’t a beginner workout at all but it’s fun😂
Workout For Beginners See me in hospital my heart drop out of my chest before the 20 minute mark
Had to stop have such pain all round my back and chest. Whats going on, thought i was fit 😢
Hi, Great Workout but, my tramp finally broke most of its springs…I just noticed that yours is totally different..please tell me what tramp that you have. Thanks for the fun !
Beginner for whom exactly!? I have never used a trampoline before but I was done after about 5 minutes! And my feet hurt I guess that's all my beginning self can do!
choose yours because of the "Beginner" workout. Teaching good form but not a beginner rebounder workout at all.
There is nothing beginner about this workout. Also if your ceiling isn’t super high this workout is not for you
it would be perfect if there is background music!!
Good workout but add music!
Sorry..
Um yeah … NOT for beginners 😮
I just thought same. I'm a beginner and can't do this!
