Im 63 and 70 lbs over weight and I've had 2 partial knee replacements I've been seeking a way for me to excerise that doesn't hurt my knees. Please please do more of these as I need your help and instructions of what to do. I have a 48" Trampoline coming Friday!!! 😊

New to rebounding at almost 70, managed to complete though not to your tempo, maybe I’m bouncing too high, I’m determined to get the knack. Balance is the hardest to control for me, will keep going before I invest in a balance bar. Great workout!
Awesome work out! I just subscribed. I do orange theory and the goal is 12 splat points minimum in an hour class. Which basically means the amount of minutes your heart was in the optimal burning zone. I got 14 splat points in this 15 minute work out. Love it! I tried this workout friday gor 12, tried another youtube rebounder workout got 4. Came back to this and got 14. Amazing!

Hi- I am 67 years old and just started on using a rebounder. My rebounder has a bar for holding on. I found that I needed to lightly hold on with one hand for some to the routine. Is it better to just slow down and be sure to be stable or is it okay to use the bar. I did the 15 minute workout. It's really fun!

If you feel more stable with shoes and need the ankle support then you can most definitely wear shoes. Barefoot workouts are valuable because there are many small muscles in our feet that do not get strengthened if we wear tennis shoes because the shoe prevents the foot from articulating. So pick which is best for you :) there’s no right or wrong

Ankle pain. No one talks about that with rebounder?
The rebounder is unstable, so that is going to be more difficult on your ankles. You could try more supportive footwear and compression socks.
