I used to be able to do 30 minutes athletic and active on the rebounder. I stopped exercising at about age 49 then I went through menopause at age 50 and I'm just getting back to it at 53 and I cannot believe how out of shape I have become. I had to back it up a few notches and do this video. Although I do think I could do one where I kick my legs this was perfect for me tonight because I had been on my feet so much today. Thank you so much for making this video it really was a help and I did feel it on my legs. I'm hoping to get to where I can do the same videos that I used to be able to do. One day at a time

I loved this workout because I do have "PLUS" size issues. I'm too heavy and my core isn't strong enough to come off the mat. I appreciate you paying attention to those us that can't be about all the "crazy" at the moment. :)

I’m a 61 yr old beginner and this workout was good for me. I prefer 4 or 8 count repetitions vs. the 2 count or rapid changes in movements. Thank you for your consideration in those who aren’t as speedy!

I’ve been doing this particular workout with you for maybe two months. I do it every other day, with yoga and small hand weights on the other days. I have rather bad scoliosis curves (2) and I am feeling a bit stronger. Thank you so much for doing these workouts. Your voice is lovely and the music is not annoying. 😊
Great class! This was my first at doing and I thought it best if I try the beginner. I’m glad I did, I’m 67 and it was good to get used to it. I’ll start with this for my first few days and then move up gradually😊

This is Fantastic!!! Love Love Love it! The music is great too! Again spot on regarding what we discussed. I've had extensive testing on my heart recently and my cardiologist wants me to keep exercising but I've got to keep it somewhat low key. Totally LOVED this - the pace , the music which makes me want to dance into the bounces & movements . Music, of course , is a very personal thing , like one's taste in perfume , & I have avoided so many rebounder workouts bc I couldn't stand the music , & often the instructor's voice is drowned . I started yesterday with another vid of yours , loved it too !... but petered out about half way 😅 then I found this . Your teaching method , for me is perfect - not too much talking , just at appropriate times and your encourgaing words really help too . I found your comment with the alternating foot & leg forward movement very useful (hope you know which I mean , everyone who reads this). You commented there may be a quad burn , which made me realise that I wasn't pushing down on the leg in front , instead all my weight was on the leg I stand on . I didn't manage to lean into the front leg when it was the left-right quick changeovers , but put all my weight on the back standing leg for that . This vid is such a good teacher of synchronising the arm movements too , also bc it's at the right pace for me , since I'm 74 , & need to improve all body movements Finally the ending is spot on with those stretches , & safety warning of how to get off the trampoline safely . You're the best ! 🤩👍🏻👏💞💕💫

We also have a series called, Series 21 which is a great combo of cardio and strength training using the rebounder for week 2 and 3. These can be found in the workout series playlist. I am very new with this. Just got my rebounder. I chose your video to do my first ever workout. I made it 11 minutes. I am almost 50. I have several health issues and I just did not bounce as much as you but my heart rate is up. I will keep watching you. Thank you from Michigan

This one is super helpful for me at the moment. I must keep my exercise up for best outcomes with my chemo drug, and at the same time I have a soft cast on one leg for clearing lymph. This is keeping me on track while I regain best leg fitness so I can expand my exercise options again. Just perfect!

At 62 I’m now just getting back to my health… thank you for this!! I’ve been out of shape for about 20 years. Cannot wait to start this and begin to take care of my health. First time doing this one and I enjoyed it. I’m hormonal and tired today and it was just right. I did singles rather than doubles and in the last section I even did straddle arms 😉 I really appreciate these more gentle bounces that we can amp up on days we feel like it and do as is as well. You’re the best Claire! 🤩
Great workout for my 78 yr old joints and bones. 😊 It wasn’t hard at all. Thank you for your video. I used to walk on my treadmill when younger and did exercises with the gurus on tv but subsequently got lazy. I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia on my left hip and 4 lower spines and osteoporosis on my right hip so I decided to beat it. With meds and exercise I hope I can. My cardiologist approved getting a trampoline rebounder and he parted with “just don’t fall”. 😊

I’m a 61 yr old beginner and this workout was good for me. I prefer 4 or 8 count repetitions vs. the 2 count or rapid changes in movements. Thank you for your consideration in those who aren’t as speedy!

I've had extensive testing on my heart recently and my cardiologist wants me to keep exercising but I've got to keep it somewhat low key. Totally LOVED this - the pace , the music which makes me want to dance into the bounces & movements . Music, of course , is a very personal thing , like one's taste in perfume , & I have avoided so many rebounder workouts bc I couldn't stand the music , & often the instructor's voice is drowned . I started yesterday with another vid of yours , loved it too !... but petered out about half way 😅 then I found this . Your teaching method , for me is perfect - not too much talking , just at appropriate times and your encourgaing words really help too . I found your comment with the alternating foot & leg forward movement very useful (hope you know which I mean , everyone who reads this). You commented there may be a quad burn , which made me realise that I wasn't pushing down on the leg in front , instead all my weight was on the leg I stand on . I didn't manage to lean into the front leg when it was the left-right quick changeovers , but put all my weight on the back standing leg for that . This vid is such a good teacher of synchronising the arm movements too , also bc it's at the right pace for me , since I'm 74 , & need to improve all body movements Finally the ending is spot on with those stretches , & safety warning of how to get off the trampoline safely . You're the best ! 🤩👍🏻👏💞💕💫

We also have a series called, Series 21 which is a great combo of cardio and strength training using the rebounder for week 2 and 3. These can be found in the workout series playlist. I am very new with this. Just got my rebounder. I chose your video to do my first ever workout. I made it 11 minutes. I am almost 50. I have several health issues and I just did not bounce as much as you but my heart rate is up. I will keep watching you.

This one is super helpful for me at the moment. I must keep my exercise up for best outcomes with my chemo drug, and at the same time I have a soft cast on one leg for clearing lymph. This is keeping me on track while I regain best leg fitness so I can expand my exercise options again. Just perfect!

My rebounder was under the bed for the past 2 Years. I found you by scrolling 'gentle rebounder workouts on You Tube.' I am really happy with this session, and glad i tried again. The neuropathies in my feet thank you for a kinder routine, and a little sweat.

I have had my rebounder for a year and a half but was scared of it! Finally got on yesterday for 10 minutes. I feel great today!
That’s brilliant and well done you. In fact we have a step by step series that’s starts with just 9 mins and 1000 steps. This would be a great class for you to try and gradually work your way through the classes as the steps increase
Morning. Just got my rebounder and finally got up the courage to give it a go. This workout was perfect for my first one. I've been following you on Instagram for a while and now feel that it's not as scary as I'd imagined. Calves felt the workout but I'm excited about coming back tomorrow. Thank you.

Thank you so much. After having my rebounder for over a year I finally decided to look up a video to follow along with. I just searched trampoline exersizes and ypu were at the top. I got all the way through with the faster ones included. It made me feel great without being to much. I will be back for more 🙂

First time doing this one and I enjoyed it. I’m hormonal and tired today and it was just right. I did singles rather than doubles and in the last section I even did straddle arms 😉 I really appreciate these more gentle bounces that we can amp up on days we feel like it and do as is as well. You’re the best Claire! 🤩

Great workout for my 78 yr old joints and bones. 😊 It wasn’t hard at all. Thank you for your video. I used to walk on my treadmill when younger and did exercises with the gurus on tv but subsequently got lazy. I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia on my left hip and 4 lower spines and osteoporosis on my right hip so I decided to beat it. With meds and exercise I hope I can. My cardiologist approved getting a trampoline rebounder and he parted with “just don’t fall”. 😊

Wow ! I really liked this. I’m a beginner having just ordered my first trampoline and your workout was just the right fit. Not too hard, making it enjoyable. I was worried that I’d fall into a some video that turned me off from the whole endeavor but I was very satisfied . Thanks
