    I missed you, Colette, back on it today. Added some dumbbells and another 20 minutes of jogging with ball to heel. You are just such an inspiration--graceful, great shape, thank you!

    Why did I get 6 advertisements during my frst 5 minutes? How am I supposed to get into the workoutflow this way? I love your workouts, so is there maybe a way to fix this?

    the exercise was good, but the 3 adverts each time stopped the flow, it became annoying in fact I turned it off as I could not continue. Was it really necessary to put 3 adverts in 15 mins and stop the flow completely. there are some that have an advert but it continues straight after this did not.

      I had the same issue! I wil search for other workouts, that don't use 6 ads in the first 5 minutes

    What is the name of the trampoline that you are using? I know some trampolines are not good for ankle alignment?

    I like this workout but there are too many ads, you cant riddle the video with ads and expect people to want to come back to it. I know you can choose how many to put in, put several in the front vs throughout the video.

    This is boring...no music not excitement.... nothing. Makes the workout hard
