    This was a perfect workout. The variety, the music (so soothing and encouraging at the same time), the transitions, the shortened break time, and the longer exercise time. Please do more videos like this (fusion). Thank you for all your hard work.

    Pilates is said to be Stretch, Strength and Control and I really liked the very controlled technique and pace you shared here for each of the exercises.

    Sometimes I leave the plates/yoga workouts till the end of the week. I feel I deserve a cool down after all the exciting and intense workouts thought the week. This was great. Thanks Heather
