Saw this in use at the Seattle airport yesterday. Like millions of others worldwide, longer walks to distant gates are a real challenge, while I wait for total knee replacement. The wheelchair service at many airports can result in lengthy waits. Often the wheelchairs provided are too flimsy or the employee pushing the chair is too undersized to move a larger passenger with carryon luggage. Traditional service is expensive for the passenger too, as you will feel obligated to tip generously after the chair pusher struggled to move you out to the gate or to the airport exit. I'm sure many passengers with mobility limitations will love the Whill autonomous chair service.
Hi, this device is designed specifically for use in airports as part of a mobility as a service program. The luggage rack cannot be purchased separately at this time.

This seems super cool, but I bet it still asks for a tip at the end!
