maman après 2 ans d'inutilisation a décidé de retenter avec l'aide de son ostéopathe donc je devais charger la batterie...et...houpsss après 1 nuit de charge...rien le fauteuil ne s'allume pas...et pour cause la batterie n'indique pas de voyant charger...donc essayé avec autres chargeur de trottinette électrique...et toujours rien alors que le chargeur est ok jai peur que ça soit carrément la batterie...et ou la commander? merci pour les éventuelles réponses ..

Can you make the back rest higher on the back? I'd like a higher hight than you currently make. Thats the only thing holding me back is the seat height of the back rest.
Due to needing more support for spinal issues of t7- L1 fusion.

their website shows they have S, M, and L backs. Ours came with Small and we also want at least a Medium. Have to order it through your dealer.

I purchased a Whill c2 for $8500 the battery has a 6 month warranty on the 7 month the battery won’t charge now they want $1500 for a new one I find this disgusting why don’t you back your product.
