The best things in life are free. Quality love and respect are free! Everything else is gravy, sometimes expensive gravy! You are maturing well in your own leveling up journey, I think!😢
its best to make money and remain invisible, then you don't get targeted for your wealth and connections.Posting your life online doesn't bring rewards. Privacy gives you freedom.
It's the Switzerland taking its effect on you 😅. It can really heal. Was there for 3 weeks and it transformed me. I realised it was not necessary to always aim for more. A simple life can be a beautiful life.
You have changed so much Anna, and good for you! I remember one day watching an interview with Gisele Bündchen and she said something that stuck with me until this day " The quality of your life is defined by the quality of your relationships"...
You're getting older. This is one of the things that I have enjoyed about getting older. You are figuring out what the most important things are in life. My husband of 37 years passed unexpectedly, and that taught me so many things about finding joy in the simple things.
I have been following you for years and it wasn't for the luxury / material life advice but because you uplift women and help us gain more confidence and grace.
True. I see what Anna means in this video. She has been on both sides. Now she doesn't think that luxury=all you want. But I am sure that if having choice to have her previous life vs todays's life Anna would mix it both. We should have ladylike behavior, manners, certain surroundings/people and at the same time true values are in priority. Nice video.
Good for being so wise. Also remember that nobody loves you the way you love yourself and that self love is reflected in the quality of your relationships.
@@DORA8001-l2s most likely my environment and how I was raised. I come from a wealthy family but my parents aren’t materialistic at all or anything of the sort - I was raised to be very humble and low key when it came to money I suppose.
Rejecting superficiality and materialism really helps to see what matters in life much more clearly. Also, yes, being selective about who you associate with and who you are influenced by as well as where you get your information from and how you spend your time.
“It’s not that special “ REALLY sums it up! I pursued a career in the 80s and 90s and realized it was empty. I did it because of societal pressure. My best life started when I became a mom at 42. 🥰
She is definitely going through a spiritual awakening and im so proud of her! I used to criticize the way she is pushing woman and how they have to be in society but now all i can say Bravo! We need more people talking about mental health and self development!
This is so impressive. I am so impressed. She is so impressive. She's always true to herself. When she was into luxury she was true to that self and true to her viewers about it. Now that she's evolving in a different direction, she's so vocal about it as well. Impressive!
Thank you for this video. I'd like to share that my grandmother had little money. But she was the richest person I knew. She was loved by everyone and had literally hundreds of friends. She sewed her own clothes and was always beautifully dressed. Fabric was given to her or she bought fabric on sale or at clearance price. She always wore a brooch, her most expensive $10. Her makeup was from a drugstore. She grew her own vegetables and was an incredible Cajun cook. She also grew flowers from seeds and gave flower arrangements to everyone for their birthdays. She always had an open front door. All you had to do was knock, and she invited you in for a cup of coffee and cake. She would educate herself by reading her neighbors' newspapers a day or two after they were delivered. She didn't have a car, so she walked to church or to the store (but someone always scooped her up for a ride). She was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend. Being poor is a state of mind. She was not poor at all, but extremely rich. She lacked for nothing. As a young boy, I always aspired to be half the person my grandmother was. Confident. Being happy with what I have versus what I don't have. My grandmother taught me to always leave the house "put together". That doesn't mean expensive or designer, just well dressed. After all, she said, looking classy doesn't require spending a lot of money. She was way ahead of her time. Recycling and repurposing second-hand clothing, furniture, and items for her home. Her house was very warm and welcoming. She had a beautiful yard... reviving plants that people would throw away. She was a wonderful dinner party host because she had fun and believed nothing is perfect, so she had a very laissez faire attitude. I miss her dearly, and I am the man I am today because of her. I've never felt societal pressure to be anything other than my grandmother's grandson. I've often heard that money doesn't buy happiness. My grandmother is a testament. Thank you again for this video.
So glad you finally woke up! Life is a journey. No designer handbag or red bottom shoes have ever improved the quality of my life. Keep looking at life with your soul.
I have always known this. I generally refuse to pay high prices for designer goods. I think wealth is more to do with how you feel, kindness and love. Money attracts predators and sometimes danger xxx
Money is not inherently bad. It is people’s intentions with it that can be bad. Everything you buy has a designer. So if you’re shopping from SHEIN, Nike, TEMU, old navy, Zara, or others similar at all, you are not as high and mighty as you’d like to believe. You support unethical corporations who rely on very poor children to do all the work. There is a middle ground for everything buy from small ethical shops and second hand or no buy. Most people do not need new clothes every year.
Bravo Anna 👏 being a classy lady is one thing, but there comes a point where you lose yourself, lose authenticity, lose sight of what actually matters etc..
Anna needs a standing ovation, seriously. Her thought processes and way of behaving is the epitome of elegance - a balance of being aspirational and being grounded internally👏
There’s something in the air this year! Everyone is doing introspective work and working on being the best authentic version of themselves. I love this new year energy shift! ❤
I love this. You have arrived. You even look better and more naturally beautiful. Your previous videos contain valuable content, but your current state is the evolution of having gone through all of that and finally seeing the light. You are amazing. Hurray for you! 🎉
Absolutely! Leveling up & elgance don’t have to be about materialism „high society“, fake people and escapism. It is so much more than clothes & etiquette. Very quickly this extreme box thinking of what and who is elegant destroys peoples individuality. It’s elegant to stay true to yourself and work on yourself in more areas than appearance & outer things. Not too long ago I had a very similar realization. I love to see you evolving and not limiting yourself to certain phrases. Life is short!❤
I think the key is actually skill oriented hobbies and creation because there is only so many countries to visit, cuisines to try and so on. There is a limit to exploration, entertainment, relaxation being fulfilling. It is why playing an instrument, making art, dance, martial arts, breeding dogs and so on are important. A full life that is balanced always has a type of work in it even if it is not monetized in any fashion.
This reminds me of Aristotle’s quote, “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” Understanding your core values to anchor and guide you life is a key to happiness and peace. Blessings to you Anna on your inner growth journey!
How do you know if she’s being authentically herself if you don’t know her personally? 😂 she’s expressing herself , regardless of that, you don’t actually know Anna . We don’t know who influencers really are . Her message is very beautiful and positive though ❤
I never watched you to learn how to become part of high society. I watch because I like you. You're a good human. You give good practical and useful advice to women. You actually changed my life for the better....In one of your videos, you were talking about women buying clothes for going out but not so much for wearing at home. I was doing exactly that and started to buy cute lounge outfits and pretty matching pajamas to wear around the house. I've felt so much better about myself just by doing that. Now I look cute all day instead of dragging myself around the house in an old t shirt and raggedy sweatpants...lol. Anna you are a sweetheart and an authentic person. You have natural beauty and elegance. You will always do well whether you are in high society or with the regular folks. We're here as you grow and move forward.
Well done Anna! I watch your channel because I love your energy and great advice. Its very Important to stay authentic and stay true to yourself. Keep up the great work! ❤ ❤
Same for me! I m not interested in high society and expensive Staff. But i Like her and her Tips for beeing classy. Don t have to be in high society to be classy. Further: learning beeing classy Like rich born people is a full time Job. And they will still recognize that you are not born classy
All you really have, Anna, is time, it's totally precious. I grew up surrounded by famous, affluent people, as my father was immersed in California politics and business. It gave access to the wealthy businessmen, famous politicians and casual interaction with movie stars and other high level performers on a day to day basis. If you came from a modest background, hanging out with "glamorous" people is naturally aspirational. My sense is the parties become dull and repetitive, the events rather boring, and the people, occasionally interesting, often very ordinary and now and then outright narcissistic and destructive. Power and money does not necessarily make people nice and nor gracious. My mother is a Swedish Finn, so you may know this saying, "The rich live in fear, the poor live in hope." All the best from Santa Barbara!
Thanks for your personal insights! So interesting to hear, and while surprising on one level also unsurprising on another, makes sense. I've also heard a similar tale for women in CEO circles... once they get there they realise how unimpressive the predominantly male CEO is, they're not even particularly smart half the time.
@@bingaling22 From my understanding, the rich live in fear of losing what they have, and the poor live in hopes of having more. It is when we are grateful for what we have, appreciate it and can also be generous with it, is when we are truly happy.
Thank you for sharing your interesting story. Being rich and famous doesn't necessarily make someone a better person, quite the contrary sometimes, actually. I would rather have honest, caring, and compassionate friends, instead of phoney or wealthy friends. These are true and lasting friendships.
I'm in my late thirties too and going through the same thing, deep healing, finding myself, and finding my true voice, which was silenced in my childhood. It feels good to say no, set boundaries, and live the life most true to you. It gives the space for others around you to start living their truth as well. xx
Hi Anna! I have to say, I have always been aware of the BS and when I watched your channel I was like "oh gosh, why do I like her so much if this world of luxury is not whay I aspire to", and now, with this video, I realized I watched not because of the content itself, but because of you. Even when I thought the subject itself was not my cup of tea, there is something about you that always felt... Genuine. And I thought to myself "even if we are in such different worlds, I feel like she is a good person and someone I would like to hang out with if we met in real life". This video came to enlighten me as to why. Thank you for being you, as always ❤
How refreshing to hear this evolution. I lived in Dubai off and on for five years; traveling between my cottage in Indiana, Spain, and the Middle East. I grew up in Chicago in a working class family. We were not wealthy, but our parents exposed us to culture, food, and languages. My father often took Wednesdays off to take us to museums. We went for day trips out of the city to the country. My point is, that real class cannot be bought. Class, dignity, a curious mind and politeness are not purchased. These virtues are cultivated much like a beautiful and functional wardrobe. I have learned so much from you Anna and I admire your honesty and frankness. I find you to be dignified, classy, and interesting. You’re a true inspiration and very courageous. Well done! Anna.
@@anon7641 Her post was genuine and heart felt. Sounds like she had a wonderful childhood with loving parents. Sorry the same can't be said for everyone (I'm guessing you're in that group). And, yes, much like reading books, a visit to a museum can broaden the mind and take you on a trip to a different time and place. You can't help but become more cultured. Museums are magic. Try not to be such an a-hole.
This without a doubt is your best - and I do mean - the best video you’ve ever produced. And - you look totally at peace and more beautiful than ever. So happy for you!
Well, this is the best post I’ve ever seen from you, Anna. Bravo!!! I’m 42, and I spent 2 decades living on autopilot, chasing things that I thought would make me happy, and none of it did. I ended up really spiraling downward with addiction for a couple of years. Then, two years ago, I got sober. Thats when I finally learned the joy of being authentic. I have never been happier in my life. You will not regret moving in the direction you’re talking about. This is YOUR life, and it will be much more interesting when you’re pursuing things that make you happy!
👑Anna, this video is about True Luxury. Luxury is not having to be under the yoke of someone else's expectations but to live a life with true meaning, purpose, and authenticity. This is when you know you have 'made it' when you can see through the smoke screen and the illusion and be unapologetically yourself. To realize you were valuable, as yourself, all along. I am happy for you. You set the tone and set the expectations on who you are and who you choose to be from now on. This is very powerful. This is why I believe that this video is what luxury is all about. Luxury starts within. Sometimes people have to take the journey externally first with 'things' that make them feel luxurious. Then they realize their true value lies within. Who they came here to be. Thanks so much and I am grateful you have arrived here now. Knowing your true worth and value and being authentically yourself is truly living in luxury. I am grateful you will share this with the younger audience as well.
I agree. I watch the videos and get some great fashion tips etc. but I think real luxury is not having to care what others think. Part of that is becoming financially independant.. part of it is redefining what is important.
Anna- This is why I love your channel. I really admire your honesty and how “real” you have always been. Your journey of growth and bringing us along is priceless. Stay authentic as you do. It reminds me I’m on the right path. Love your silly humor as well.
The scales from your eyes have been peeled. I am truly glad for you, Anna. Life is a spiritual journey, preparing us until we cross over to eternity. God bless you 🙏🌻
Anna, I have been following you for years, since 2017, and I have to say this is the most genuine I have ever seen you and it is so refreshing. You can totally see a difference in your attitude and the way you present yourself. I love to see it! Thank you for your honesty.
I love authenticity. You are naturally an elegant and classy woman. The problem is when people are faking it by dressing elegant and "old money", while still having a crass, vulgar personality. I love your advice and your channel is a haven for us girlies who are more in touch with our softer side ❤
What do you think how she got it? She was admitting being that young good looking student living in posh London to get the adequate husband - which she now obviously has, as Geneva is even more expensive... but she now lacks a bit the fast pace, super fancy restaurants and thousands of invitations you get in London... that's why she changed.
I totally agree. Regardless of how you're dressed, your sensibilities and personality will still come out. So sometimes it seems inauthentic when people get dressed up in extremely elegant costumes or clothing for a fancy party or whatever and then the conversation doesn't elevate with the wardrobe. Years ago I had a friend who lived in a really beautiful historical house and she said that living there made her want to be better because it reminded her of a classier time. She didn't want to be vulgar while living in such a historic house. I think you can show class and elegance by the way you carry yourself and not just through clothing or lifestyle. I love beautiful clothes, but as they say, "Clothes don't make the man" -- and they don't make the woman either.
I feel so happy that finally you’re gonna live your best authentic life. Simplicity has so much happiness that material can’t always give you. It’s beautiful to see you getting more grounded yet staying high value.
Anna, I've watched your videos for several years now, and you have increasingly been more willing to show your own personality. This video is by far the best, though. You have shown your true self, which is lovely. Thank you for taking the risk. It's a breath of fresh air. I hope you will continue to share as you feel comfortable.
Thank you for sharing your story, Anna. Sometimes we live a certain life, then we end up asking ourselves, “Is that all there is?” I do think your content is still valuable because we’re seeing more young women experience upward mobility thanks to educational and entrepreneurial opportunities, yet they fall flat on their face because they don’t know the unwritten rules. Your content helps them learn the rules. That said, I like that you’re focusing on yourself and your own interests. Sometimes we have to do that.
Thank you so much for this! I’m a rich women in her 20’s I was so focused on being rich and blah blah now that I’m rich I felt empty at some point and I realized I needed Jesus in my life now I’m more happier then ever!
Yes sister 🙌 Jesus is the way and only way to true contentment in this life. All these material things don't matter at the end of the day. They can't fulfill us, only God's love can 😊
I love how you keep getting more and more authentic and real! Elegance in style is great, but real elegance comes from being true to who you really are.
I'm so happy that you found your true self and choosing to be authentic. I'm done with shallow life as well. We can see your personality is coming out and it's a good thing!
THIS is leveling up! Thank you for that. I’ve been following you and what struck me about your journey is the continuing growth. But mostly embracing your personal growth. You’ve introduced me to the concept of LOA and manifesting. It’s been life changing. Thank you
Can definitely relate to this a lot as I entered my 30s as well. If you truly have a passion for luxury goods and lifestyle that’s one thing, but when I realised how the quality and experience of those things really wasn’t worth the hype I was expecting, I stopped making it a goal to reach for (unless something comes up that is genuinely worth it!). I would much rather spend my money and more importantly, my time on people and things that genuinely mean something to me, not just lining the pockets of already wealthy people who aren’t always even giving you a great product in the first place.
I'm some 20 years older than you are, and I went through a similar process of reevaluation a few years ago. It changed my professional life, as well as my personal life, and I'm much happier for it. I divorced the "successful" jerk I was married to and eventually married a "regular Joe". It was the best thing I ever did! We now live in the country and have 3 horses (yes, I went back to horseback riding after more than 20 years!), 4 dogs, 3 cats... Life is far more meaningful when you feed your spirit with those elements it craves for geowing. Great video, Anna.
Thank you for being open and vulnerable. After 40 years living in the Dallas scene, we moved to the Texas Hill Country. I’ve had time for reflection. I still like the glitz and glamour. And I also thrive on the beauty of nature and serenity. It’s just easier for me to focus on what’s most important.
Leveling up to me, means being the best version of who I am. … Not someone else! Thank you, Anna, for all of your videos. You have been an inspiration! ❤
I hear you Anna. I have been experiencing some of what you mentioned and I am just tired of people being fake. There are so many people like that everywhere. Trying to distance myself from all things "fake" is difficult at times. I just wish people would be more genuine with others.
I think this is the healthiest version of you yet! Before, I didn't quite identify with some of the things that you said about elegance, but now I do. I'm happy to have been a part of this journey of personal growth for you! 💙
It’s ok that you’ve changed your mind. You tried the intense high society thing and you saw that a lot of it wasn’t as glittery as we’re all told it is. Now you’re leaning into your authentic you. Good for you, we’re cheering you on ❤ Who knows what else you’ll discover as you keep exploring? 🙂
I agree with what you have said ! Nothing is that special and what you find special may be unique to you only and does not have to appear special to someone else ! I have a little girl of 6 months and for me she is the most beautiful angel and she brings me so much happiness that I did not know what was happiness until I got her !
I look at your social media stuff off and on and I had to watch this. It blew me away to hear everything you were talking about and I just think you must be going through a profound change. Incredible and beautiful to see!
I've been a follower for years and this is the first time I'm commenting on your video because this is the kind of video I've been waiting for you to upload.
Possessions don't make us happy, living a life on our own terms does, whatever that means. I'm glad you're being true to yourself, and thank you for your honesty! ❤
This is why I always followed this channel simply for elegance tips. Never got sucked into the affluence. Authenticity, simplicity and personal aspirations independent of what society promotes is what matters most. I will never allow big brands and stars to define what happiness or success are and I certainly don't see the allure in glitz and glamor at my age. It was a thing in my teens and my twenties, then I realized that there's so much more and I'm thrilled to see Anna addressing this.
I came to this channel to learn about elegance and to be more refined . I didn’t seek to be a high society person , I just wanted to be a better me. The things that truly make me happy is helping others which amy require getting into doing the “ dirty work” that will come with working with hurting people. I have been doing my inner work and have healed from trauma and feel fully free. I don’t worry about what others think anymore , let them have their opinions. My arms are open to give out and to receive love , my joy does not depend on anyone . My life is far from perfect but I’m at peace in spite of the world around me … I wish the same to all no matter their life circumstances . 😊
First thought: LOVE your hairstyle! Second thought: I can see that you have let go of a lot and you are so much more relaxed and in touch with yourself. Peace and authenticity look good on you, Anna. It's radiating from you. I am looking forward to seeing how both you and the channel continue to evolve and inspire.
Because Switzerland made her realize in this Switzerland culture is people don't breg about money luxury life styles they live in a humble that is disrespectful to the culture. Swiss people are different than British Americans and other Europeans 🇪🇺 they do not show off if you come and start showing off they will look at you poorly here this is why her mentality is also changing I think she had this pressure living in United Kingdom but also a lot of insecure people behave this way all about luxury and etc... confident people like myself we don't even waste 5 minutes of our time on this because we value ourselves usually people that have poor self esteem.
I'm impressed girll!! I'm following you since day 1 and some of your content like marrying rich, living the good life etc, was delulu but was making me happy to watch it. It was fun to watch even though I did not agree with you. I think that you are so brave to turn your "brand" so many times according to your path in life. It shows how much you matured and healed. Honesty is the best policy, as they say. Good luck to the new chapter. We are growing and healing as well so dont worry. Some may leave but many new will come ❤
I love this! Yes, there's a moment where we stop and ask ourselves "do I really need this?" It takes a lot of maturity. Over the years I've allowed myself to go through different stages of life (that were often completely polar opposites) and I loved the experience. Personally I enjoy some luxury, but mainly when it comes to comfort and self-care (high quality clothing and products I treat my body with), fine dining (but only with the right company and people I love). Other than that I'm still a wild woman, I love nature, I want to live in the countryside. Once you understand your values and what makes you happy and passionate about life, it becomes easier to navigate this world. Just recently I cut back on social media, because I just realised how pointless it is to fill my mind with all this unnecessary information, I archived most of my posts on Instagram too. I decided not to post every single moment of my life, but instead keep most of it private and only share things that are directly connected to my work (which is my art and music). It feels very freeing and healing already.
Anna, regardless of what events and people you have met that were apart of that scene, I felt you have always been authentic and such a genuine person. It shines through!
I’m glad you finally realized this! I always thought you lived for what looked good to others. It’s okay to buy nice things but it should be because you think it is sooooo beautiful that it makes you genuinely happy just looking at it. Many items from luxury brands never give me that feeling.
Health and good relationships are the real wealth. Money is a tool that can be used to create a more comfortable lifestyle and to have more time to do things we enjoy (if spent wisely). Congratulations, Anna. I am so proud of your journey 🥳😘🤗
I'm not surprised at all, you have always been so honest and transparent with your style, inner person and mental elevation. I love it. I'm here for the journey.
You are starting to realize what's really important Anna. I grew up in the countryside I have figured out that I can be many things not just one thing. I cab be outside working in the garden, taking care of animals, fishing and being a dirt covered girl one minute then the next dressed in a ballgown or out in a fancy restaurant (if I want to) I enjoy traveling to different countries and one of the most important things of all I don't waste time or energy on people who I don't want to be around. I love my husband and my family I don't need fake or flakey friends. I never wanted brand names or to "fit in". Be you no pressure!
I had the luck to find Anna at 19, but never have I pursued the upper class society as she teaches to level up, I simply enjoy and adore her elegance/fashion tips and the community she creates of women that remind me of my own mom/grandma aesthetically. That being said, I am one of the main singers in my church, God is a great part of my life, and that monetary aspect of this channel always made me chuckle because I just KNEW Anna had more in her soul than just that wealthy lifestyle ❤ and I am so happy for this video❤
@@charfraser1916oh I am 48 years and I have finally decided I wanna have real money in my bank account, like i wanna be a millionaire because i will make a difference in my life,my famiy and i will help a lot in the society. But i am so greatfull tht my desire for money is only starting now tht i am middle age and mature because money will never own me. Having money without God is like having nothing at all. But having NO money but with God ,you feel rich even with zero in your bank account!!I love God so much !!
I love to see softer side of you, Anna! You are very genuine and authentic in this video. It's a relief in this fake world. You show that it is okay to be more laid back and feminine, while being instuctive. Thank you for being you
I have been fortunate to navigate high class society thanks to my job and I can tell you all, I had never before in my life felt so incredibly miserable and empty inside than during that period in which you would think I “had it all and more”
I too had similar experience. 1. with my godfathers social circle, loved it and so enjoyed every minute but I was the youngest therefore was spoilt rotten. 2. Later in my married life having to accompany my husband to show and film business do’s. That was all about selling yourself and hearings the same stories over and over. 3. Living in the country and if you didn’t have a recognisable blood line with a heap of connections no one was interested in anything much else. Society is very over rated and talking about things instead of people, how well I am doing, how I am going to make my next million and who I am related to only goes so far. No wonder the RF give each other silly presents at Christmas, they must have heard everything by now!
Anna, I have been following you since you started this channel. I turned 26, and things changed quite a lot for me. I have always had dreams of entering high society, but now I just want true connections, a fulfilling career path, and just enough money to live a happy life. It's good to know that I am not the only one ❤
I am so proud of you, Anna. I watched you a few years ago, and I wondered if you would come to this point of realization... and I'm so glad you have. So many of us are going through this spiritual awakening together, and are realizing who we really are, and what's really important.
True elegance and etiquette is putting others at ease. It’s not about how perfect you are or can be but more about what can I do for others. ❤ I love what you’re saying.
I can relate. Eventually, the mansion becomes a place to live, the Bentley becomes a car, and the international trip becomes a nice getaway before you have to return to reality. Eventually, you realize that Jesus is the only thing that actually matters in this life. Nothing else will satisfy you or fill the void in the way that He will. With the Lord, you can be homeless and without food, and still feel like the richest person on the face of this earth. Repent and be saved.
Anna you look STUNNING with this shorter hairstyle and warm blonde color, your hair looks so healthy 😍 Thank you for providing insight on this, I’m sure it’ll make a lot of people introspect and reevaluate their lives 💕
Sounded like me!!! But now my eyes 👀 are opened to all the nonsense and superficial living, and now I’m living a meaningful and intentional life. Thank you for sharing your experience.
I think we are all tired of superficial and shallowness. I feel like from 2014 till know , we lived what i call the instagram filtered lives but we are tired of it. Enough of the fakeness .
I see you differently, I love that. Love your personality, love your authenticity. Love love love, thank you for sharing. It’s important to say that we can have different opinion at different season if our live and also, what really matter !
I love this! My mom raised me very “counter culture”. She taught us to think long-term! Nice things are pretty, and dressing up is fun, but who you are at the end of the day is what you will have. Looks fade, friends come and go. You are the only one who will live with yourself and your choices- do what will brings real, lasting joy. I found that in Jesus❤
"Not everyone has the same version of what leveling up means." YES. So true, but its also an everchanging thing. What was leveling up to me 10 years ago or 5 years ago, isn't the same as my next 5 years.
Your hair looks amazing like this, this length suits you so well. Having said that, great video. I love how you keep on being real with yourself and with us.
Hi Anna, I just wanted to say that this video is really good. I've followed you for years and took your course The Elegant Stylist even though I felt a little stupid taking it because I'm not interested in high society at all. For me, the perfect lifestyle is to own a very large plot of land, grow my own fruits and vegetables...in short, be as less dependent as possible on society...and do it elegantly and stylishly. I just bought the perfect piece of land and I will soon start living my dream. I will be the most elegant market gardener. 🙂
You still surprise me, years later. You practice what you teach, you push your limits and you keep evolving. May this new part of your journey bring you fulfillment, harmony and peace
I'm only partway through the video but so far I agree completely. When I found your channel I was looking for style advice, how to look sophisticated but in a way I was comfortable with. I ended up figuring it out. You speak truth. To me leveling up is to be happier. Trends have no substance, style often lacks personality. People dont need expensive designer clothes or glamorous vacations to elevate themselve or be rich. Especially when most people are only pretending they're rich. I think a lot of this also stems from people not knowing themselves (who they are, what they want and need in life) which then causes insecurity that leads to these behaviors and trends. Know thyself, know peace.
My dear elegant Anna, I speak for many ladies when I say this… YOUR HAIR IN THIS VIDEO IS FABULOUS! 🤩 Perfect length, color, etc. frames your face very nicely! … been a student of yours for 3 years now.. keep up the awesome work! And more content like this too please! 🥰🥰💕💕
It is an illusion. Thank you fir your authenticity. Glad your enjoying new things whilst carefully editing the stuff you dont want/ need. Contentment, thankfulness & inner peace & finding your purpose are the key to true happiness & joy❤
Anna, I just want to say that even in your older videos, I could sense that you are a very genuine and authentic person. I got the sense that you never fully took any of this stuff (or yourself) too seriously, and because of that I enjoyed your fashion and high society content! I also enrolled in your course and really got a ton out of it (i haven’t finished it though, i hope it is still available) and I’m really grateful for it. It’s never really been about high society for me, it’s the personal leveling up and healing/growth and you’ve always incorporated that into your content. And now, seeing this new evolved version of you coming out this past year or so, I’ve fallen even more in love with you and am really so proud of you for the way you’ve been expressing yourself and I have so much respect for you for it. All that to say, you’ve been like a dear older sister to me since I found you through searching TH-cam for etiquette tips around august 2022 (I’d just turned 23), and I’ve grown soooo much since then and I love that you are growing too and for this reason I get to keep learning from you, and I’m sooo excited for what’s to come! I think I’m going to subscribe to your Patreon soon, which is something I’ve never done before so that’s saying a lot! Much love - Jaz ❤
I love you, and I’m very grateful for these past two years being able to learn from you! I'm glad to see you becoming a happier version of yourself! Best wishes!

The best things in life are free. Quality love and respect are free! Everything else is gravy, sometimes expensive gravy! You are maturing well in your own leveling up journey, I think!😢

Anna uncovers her philosophical side :) Thank you for sharing your experience of life.
its best to make money and remain invisible, then you don't get targeted for your wealth and connections.Posting your life online doesn't bring rewards.
I remember journaling this when I was younger, and now I’m thinking about it again
so truuueeee❤
Gisele was saying that with a $600 million net worth.
@@faustinreeder1075 yes but she was repeating it from someone who did research
I'm happy with your approach to life…
Success is living life on your own terms.
So true
And being healthy. That is the holly grail of riches, my good people. And I wish it to every single one of you here 😊
That is so well said. One would think it's something that goes without saying, but some people never realise it and are miserable their whole life...
Anyone who focuses on making themselves richer while knowing half the planet is starving will never be happy. Selfish people aren't happy.
Yessss
You're getting older. This is one of the things that I have enjoyed about getting older. You are figuring out what the most important things are in life. My husband of 37 years passed unexpectedly, and that taught me so many things about finding joy in the simple things.
So sorry for your loss. That is unimaginably hard.
Aww sorry to hear, that's really sad 😔
I have been following you for years and it wasn't for the luxury / material life advice but because you uplift women and help us gain more confidence and grace.
True. I see what Anna means in this video. She has been on both sides. Now she doesn't think that luxury=all you want. But I am sure that if having choice to have her previous life vs todays's life Anna would mix it both. We should have ladylike behavior, manners, certain surroundings/people and at the same time true values are in priority. Nice video.
Definitely my reasons as well. I just love her advice.
True

Yes so true
I’m only 28, but I came to this sort of conclusion back in my early 20s and I’m glad I had this realization at such a young age.
My sentiments exactly!
What made you exactly realise this at such a young age?
Good for being so wise. Also remember that nobody loves you the way you love yourself and that self love is reflected in the quality of your relationships.
@@DORA8001-l2s most likely my environment and how I was raised. I come from a wealthy family but my parents aren’t materialistic at all or anything of the sort - I was raised to be very humble and low key when it came to money I suppose.
Literally same! I am 28 too and my life has been amazing after I had this realization.
🥰same here!
Omg I love this!❤️
So you had a pointless job. That’s on you. Not all careers are empty and pointless
Absolutely! I just watched my baby give birth to her second baby. Blessings upon blessings in this beautiful life God has given to me ❤
Love this.
She is definitely going through a spiritual awakening and im so proud of her!
I used to criticize the way she is pushing woman and how they have to be in society but now all i can say Bravo! We need more people talking about mental health and self development!
I know right! I’m so happy for her❤️❤️❤️
Not pushing women, giving advice if they wanted to blend in. Totally different.
Teaching the art of femininity and how to elevate in the social scale is not pushing women. Check yourself
This has nothing to do with mental health. Not everything has to be about "mental health"
EVERYbody is talking about mental health and self development.. it's getting old now...
This is so impressive. I am so impressed. She is so impressive. She's always true to herself. When she was into luxury she was true to that self and true to her viewers about it. Now that she's evolving in a different direction, she's so vocal about it as well. Impressive!
Yes, I love that about Anna.
Truly inspiring to see the transformation! !
You are correct!
👏👏
Thank you for sharing about this wonderful lady with us❤
Respect your Decision
Your grandmother sounds wonderful, you were blessed to have someone like that to influence you!
My mom is a lot like how you describe your grandmother
1. Your hair looks fantastic 2. What you want will always change and you will grow because of it. "Society" is an illusion
Agreed about the hair 👍
Mainstream Society is an illusion.
😂 society is not an illusion but ok
I have been admiring her hair in this video, so so pretty without looking like she tried too hard. So so pretty
"Life is more than what we possess; it's shaped by our heart." - Proverbs 4:23

So glad you finally woke up! Life is a journey. No designer handbag or red bottom shoes have ever improved the quality of my life. Keep looking at life with your soul.
Amen, sista.

Nobody in High Society

Well, she'll wake up in a rather cozy bedroom I'm sure, then she'll look at it with "her soul"
I have always known this. I generally refuse to pay high prices for designer goods. I think wealth is more to do with how you feel, kindness and love. Money attracts predators and sometimes danger xxx
same here!
Wealth unfortunately is not about feelings kindness and love.
Money is just a tool. It attracts all kinds of people because all people need money to survive.
I totally agree.
Bingo
Knowing yourself, being authentic, and having insight on what actually matters is in essence the definition of being classy.
What’s brave about it?
She was more materialistic and superficial than classy -- putting on an act and wearing expensive clothes only to move in certain circles.
Happiness...
Anna needs a standing ovation, seriously. Her thought processes and way of behaving is the epitome of elegance - a balance of being aspirational and being grounded internally👏
❤
There’s something in the air this year! Everyone is doing introspective work and working on being the best authentic version of themselves. I love this new year energy shift! ❤
Pisces moved into Aquarius at the end of last year
I love this. You have arrived. You even look better and more naturally beautiful. Your previous videos contain valuable content, but your current state is the evolution of having gone through all of that and finally seeing the light. You are amazing. Hurray for you! 🎉
We are never arrived. Life is an perpetual evolution
So true, Linda!
Love your hairstyle!!!
"destroys people's individuality" - great phrasing.
Life is eternal....
I love this perspective. I don’t think there is a final destination anymore, life is just an infinite journey
This is literally the BEST video that you have ever done. Thanks for being vulnerable and real. This was practical and wise. LOVED IT!
This reminds me of Aristotle’s quote, “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” Understanding your core values to anchor and guide you life is a key to happiness and peace. Blessings to you Anna on your inner growth journey!
It’s one of the first times I’ve seen you be so authentically yourself, and I LOVE it 💕
How do you know if she’s being authentically herself if you don’t know her personally? 😂 she’s expressing herself , regardless of that, you don’t actually know Anna . We don’t know who influencers really are . Her message is very beautiful and positive though ❤
Agree 100%
I love your new change in character, it feels so much healthier and wholesome. Also your hair like this suits you so well - so gorgeous!
Sounds like greatadvice (cfr raggedy pyjama's 😅
Can I please know, fear of what please?
@bingaling22 fear of losing everything. Their wealth, their power.
Thank you for these sweet words! Hope we’ll cross paths one day, you never know!
Well done! Anna.
Museums are *culture* ???? 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 i pity you
@@anon7641 Her post was genuine and heart felt.
@@anon7641 Let me guess, you watch the Kardashians 😂
Museums in the world outside US are The culture, dear!
@@talo7005 They are not 'THE' only culture...."dear".
Good for you Rachel!! One day at a time!!
And getting to this realization in life, is priceless 🙏🏻❤️
Absolutely beautifully said! My thoughts throughout the video were the same but you could not have said it better! 👑
Beautifully said! ❤🎉
I agree. I watch the videos and get some great fashion tips etc. but I think real luxury is not having to care what others think. Part of that is becoming financially independant.. part of it is redefining what is important.
Yes, now let's check out luxury handbags!
She is always ahead of the curve…watch others start producing the same or similar messages. I love this video.
You are so lovely. It sounds like you're maturing and learning that things don't bring happiness. You are an inspiration.
It’s just an act… every one else is pretending to be authentic 😂😂
Thank you for being part of my Patron Jennifer, I recognize your name 🩷
Thank you so much for this! I’m a rich women in her 20’s I was so focused on being rich and blah blah now that I’m rich I felt empty at some point and I realized I needed Jesus in my life now I’m more happier then ever!
Praise the Lord!! Happy Sunday :)
This.
By any chance you might want to assist a total stranger financially?😢 I need help to pay my rent please
Yes sister 🙌 Jesus is the way and only way to true contentment in this life. All these material things don't matter at the end of the day. They can't fulfill us, only God's love can 😊
OP is being sarcastic and troling the video folks, just fyi
Bingo
You are maturing and changing. We all do it! It’s wisdom.

This!!
I agree with what you have said ! Nothing is that special and what you find special may be unique to you only and does not have to appear special to someone else ! I have a little girl of 6 months and for me she is the most beautiful angel and she brings me so much happiness that I did not know what was happiness until I got her !
"Say it louder for the people in the back "👏
I look at your social media stuff off and on and I had to watch this. It blew me away to hear everything you were talking about and I just think you must be going through a profound change. Incredible and beautiful to see!
Inner peace is the true happiness. Thank you for sharing your authenticity with us, Anna. You inspire us more with this. We will still support you.
I've been a follower for years and this is the first time I'm commenting on your video because this is the kind of video I've been waiting for you to upload.
Same!!
Same! I always have been more interested in her image consultant background, elegance and etiquette tips.
❤
It is said, "better late than never." Thanks for speaking your truth Ana, this is refreshing ❤
ANNA thanks for sharing your story, we just want you to be happy
Same here.
* a part
God is the only way to the fulfilling life❤
Amen!!!
Thank you for being you
Yes I was just thinking she's in her soft girl era ❤ So happy for her
YASSS, you’re the combination of Elegance and Realness!! Beautiful balance!!
Having discovered you in 2020 during a crucial time, I can only thank you for changing my life and helping me transform into who I am today ❤
Yes same. Early 2020 for me as well
I knew it would have come this day. Welcome back Anna. You' re a true human being, I appreciate it very much.
Anna, you are an inspiration, you said exactly everything that resonates with me as well. Thank you ❤
I have been fortunate to navigate high class society thanks to my job and I can tell you all, I had never before in my life felt so incredibly miserable and empty inside than during that period in which you would think I “had it all and more”
Wow! Can I ask you what was your job that time?
Well said,true connections. I loved that 💖✨
You are right. Besides, most high society folks have many acquaintances but few true close friends.
@@mdlaolvera5445 ❤️❤️
@@chiaralistica true. No resourceful acquaintance can replace people who feel like home. Most of the times, they are not even resourceful
The more you share, the more I appreciate you Anna. I love to see us women blossom 🌸 into our truest confident self. Can’t wait for more content.
Beautifully said❤
@@lianadotjpeg This!
Yes! I was fooled for so long. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life! 🙌
Anna you look STUNNING with this shorter hairstyle and warm blonde color, your hair looks so healthy 😍 Thank you for providing insight on this, I’m sure it’ll make a lot of people introspect and reevaluate their lives 💕
You're not too bad looking yourself.
Agreed, love the shorter hair.
I agree!
Anna has come full circle and has reached self actualization
love to see you evolving in this way, this authentic you is beautiful to watch
"Not everyone has the same version of what leveling up means."
YES.
This hairstyle suits you so much! I am so proud of you you made such a nice progress. Congratulations to your new found peace and happiness 🌷
You still surprise me, years later. You practice what you teach, you push your limits and you keep evolving. May this new part of your journey bring you fulfillment, harmony and peace
I absolutely love this spiritual awakening, Anna. You now exude understated elegance. Bravo❤
I’m so happy that you are using your platform to communicate. I can’t stress how important of a message this is. Thank you.
