Being a Nigerian youth is a great gain and being a successful Nigerian youth is the greatest gain ✌️ I'm obsessed to success among Nigerian youths! I wish to belong in this category someday
I can't even believe it's the same motivation that is driving me into real estate, I have always loved real estate ever since I was introduced to it in early 2020. Thank God I am not alone 🙏 We have to move out to the best parts of Lagos. Success is the motivation.
I like their hustle and the fact that they can work together. Great job to pull his neighborhood friends into the business. In addition, those friends are also great dependable friends. Best of luck with educating the youth; it is needed.
I am always inspired when I see my fellow, African brothers and sisters proving that we have the potential to thrive and be very successful in out mother continent, using our own resources.
We need to be telling more of our success stories. The Horatio Alger phenomenon is well and alive in Nigeria (the Razaq Okoyas, Cosmas Madukas, Pascal Dozies, etc.), but we are often straight-jacketed into the SINGLE NARRATIVE of gloom-and-doom. A nation with as many challenges as Nigeria by definition proffers innumerable OPPORTUNITIES to meet those challenges. Well done Steve!
Thanks for pointing this out, some of my fellow Nigerians think that leaving the country is the best solution which is a lie, the guys in this video have proved otherwise.
Truth be told in as much as these opportunities are there, if you are not safe you are in trouble, If I make millions and can't take a stroll on my bike at 6am, my people that's a problem, if women can't walk by themselves in certain areas that's a problem, if we don't have electricity like they do in Benin and Togo even Cameroon, that's a problem. We need security and electricity none of you can argue against that, I am just saying. Generator culture must stop.
@@MajorrBison and where does security and electricity come from? The Fairy Godmother?! 🤔 Dude, if you make millions, security will most likely follow from the jobs you create, from the jobs created by services provided to you as you spend your millions, from income taxes paid by those holding those jobs, from corporate taxes paid by your business as you make millions or paid by the businesses that build your house (including the plumbers, electricians, artisans, painters, carpenters, etc.) or that provide you with food, clothes (including the neighborhood Aso Ebi tailor), and myriad other goods and services, with the wealth and tax revenues generated therefrom being invested in physical (including electricity infrastructure) and social infrastructure (public hospitals, public schools, public transportation, etc.) by governments that CITIZENS bring to fruition one way or the other - either by active commission or by passive omission (and which CITIZENS largely do not hold accountable since most CITIZENS do not pay taxes). At the end of the day, virtually all thriving nations are built by CITIZENS. #TakeResponsibilty
@@MajorrBison btw, beware of the danger of the SINGLE NARRATIVE. Without seeking to compare Apples with Agbalumo, there are more than one mass shooting (defined as involving 4 or more victims) per day in the US (622 mass shootings in 2022), including myriad random school, and over 50K gun fatalities yearly, but no RATIONAL person would reduce the US to gun violence.

The most powerful assest anyone can have is having the right mindset. That is why the same measure will affect two people different. One will say I have a half empty bottle while the other will say I have a half full bottle.
Ajegunle was never a slum it was a huge junction for different area, to me example is boundary market (ajegunle) my area which Is awodiora is linked to boundary by the oregie road is my area and is far from slum the area was develop by individuals neglected by government for year which cause the environmental to be harsh despite the present of goverment example local government office, police station, army Barack, schools, hospitals
Would these guys build these houses, mansions in Cape Verde Islands? There are lots of Germans, British, Dutch and Scandinavians who want to either buy houses there or spend holidays (500, 1000eur per day on Airbnb)
Does it have good drainage and 24/7 electricity which are the key components of real estate. What kind of materials are also use for the building. Nigeria is a country whereby everyone is getting into real estate without using quality materials due to corruption in the system.
Most BRG Developers are now embracing green areas where trees and others are planted. If you don't mind checking out three of our properties that are Green Estates in Lagos
The mistake I hear realtors make endlessly when speaking is saying the real estate market in 🇳🇬 is affordable comparing foreign exchange rate of USD with other countries. That's absolutely pointless, but I can understand why they would say this simply to drive more prospective sales.A more accurate estimate should be housing cost to per Capita income, which takes into account everything else including cost and standard of living in the country.

The new Biafra federation coming in the post-2023 IPOB Referendum, could consist of 5-7 self-determined federating provinces but all Biafra's CSR ( Community Service Responsibility ) programs, like owning a new home with electricity and range hookup, would be part of our community responsibility in partnership with the central Biafran government.
