The truth is school / education doesn’t guarantee success or becoming rich in Africa( it just helps), I am Togolese that stayed in Nigeria but I had to come to the US to understand how money works , Find a problem & solve it make money. We africans complain so much and don’t work enough , read books , your network determines your networth ( find friends that are better than you & learn) . Don’t be ashame to start something because people will make fun of you, Adversity is opportunity. While praying don’t wait,go towards your goal a step at a time, you will make it for sure. Don’t compare yourself with others , just make sure everyday you are better than the previous day . 🙏

Looking ahead I forsee the real estate market to get very saturated (in Lagos and Abuja anyway) and potential to make it very slim. I would advise young people to diversity their ideas going forward

My advice to youths out there is not to dwell too much on bad news flying around. Focus on your legit hustle and don't be swayed by your friends who decided to go through the quick-quick scheme. There's so much you can make legally without being corrupt.

Lets not forget that some not all Nigerian had already a huge amount of money to start there own Real Estate business sometime from illegal money coming from internet scams wish is very huge in Nigeria. You dont become a millionaire sundenly when you wake up in the morning unless if coming from parents that work for the Nigeria government that commit fraud from financial coruption

10 things to quit for all Strong Men:
    1. Caring about what others think
    2. Not believing in yourself
    3. Not experimenting different ideas / solutions for problems (life&business)
    4. Not prioritizing your health
    5. Wasting your precious time
    6. Wanting something (instead write a plan and work towards it)
    7. Chasing meaningless relationships
    8. Wasting or draining your energy from beating your meat 🥩
    9. Wasting time by scrolling social media
    10. Nailbiting/nailpicking habit for good (if you do it - consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!)
Take it easy and I hope you found one thing helpful in this list....................
