Thanks! The first year, you know…when we got 21 feet of snow, we just had the plow. It was rough! The snow on the sides of the driveway was like 4 feet high. And it was so narrow it scrapped both sides of my truck as I drove down it. Ha!

I really like the tractor snowblower but, not going backwards, just doesn't seem right and it would hurt my neck looking back like that, lol. I bet the COOKIES and coffee tastes good after blowing and plowing snow, lol. It's 7:10 am and 5 degrees F. Having my first cup of morning joe.

Ha! When we were kids, the best fun ever was to make tunnels and slides through the snow piles. The boy scouts here dig snow caves and camp in them. I think I’m too old for that now. Ha!
@FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska Well dang, you are killin all my fun. 🤨 We hid behind the woodpile and bombed each other with snowballs. 😁 We built a course down a steep hill with two ramps and used huge tire intertubes stacked two at a time coming off the ramps. 🤣 40 acres in middle of the country will make u get creative. ✌️

Yep had to watch it twice! So many reasons why we love watching the two of you! We LOL with you and in awww of the views, etc etc! Ha! Love that Chrystal! Great team work on cleaning up the snow! Snow pole? Maybe you need one LOL! Check out the hats we wear! Face mask built in if needed! Saves the cheeks!
We don’t really like face masks unless absolutely necessary. The moisture from breathing makes my face wet and then freezes solid. Mask starts freezing to face, etc. Ha!

@@PandJsHomesteadAdventure When we go on long snow machine trips we wear micro fleece or neoprene balaclavas, but have to stop to whack the ice build up off them otherwise it covers the breathing holes and freezes solid. Ha!

Those aren't rocks 😂😂🐕💩 It's very satisfying to have a snow cleared yard. We haven't yet plowed because we haven't had enough snow yet. We certainly had our share of cold since Thursday. It has dropped below -40 for 4 nights. 🥶 I've been loading the wood stove all day to save on the natural gas bill.

Got down to a brisk 17 degrees here today. But that's likely the lowest temp we'll see for the rest of the season. Fortunately here the snow melts in the valleys after a few days, usually. Last year we were looking like you though!
