Full body workout Tabata workout is ready!
The intermediate version can be very difficult, but it will be very effective for the purpose of reducing body fat! I will upload the beginner version soon too!
30 seconds of exercise
rest 10 seconds
If your fitness level is okay, we recommend that you do 2-3 sets!

All it takes it a small effort every day. Love this setup. 4 minutes is an easy dedication, no matter how busy you are. If you want to work out for an hour every day, go for it! But on those days where you just can't find the time or you're not feeling it, just do this 4 minutes and you can still feel great about yourself AND it doesn't break your routine. Love it.

@@Kurdent1the important thing is consistency. Over a long period of time even with a little consistent effort you will see results.

Depending of your metabolism and what others activities you will do during the day, if you eat more calories than the few you spznt in 4 mins, you won't lose fat.
I love things like this. You said 4 minutes and the video is 4 minutes. Definitely a full body workout, as you said. Love it because while I want to be in shape, I don't want to dedicate my whole day to it. Thanks. 😄

Do you need to differentiate between aerobic exercise and HIIT exercise?
This exercise can be seen as close to short-term anaerobic endurance training.
