Damn that Green supra was moving. 7.71 on a small tire! Probably the most reliable car this week getting to each track.
Considering wrinkle walls and the size of width/sidewall length is not ideal, at all for street driving. Probably, not because its a supra and you'd fuck its exhaust pipe

Googled it and news articles say Jake met this guy from Craigslist to sell him a gun and the dude tried to run off with it. They both shot at each other, Jake didn't make it and the other guy showed up at a hospital.

you mean the Civic? its nicknamed the Civette and Lutz Sr (the one with the black on black promod Camaro that runs low 6's and had the wheel bearing problem) is the father of Lutz Jr which owns that thing. it has 2000hp supposedly and i believe it
+Patrick Pelletier What doesn't make sense is that I never see him hit anything over 185 in it, but then again running something with that short of a wheel base let alone something designed as a commuter is just sketchy.

#nyce1s.....what would a beast 1/8th mile car like murder nova or crowmod run in the 1/4 mile #1320 ??? i grew up in NY running the 1320 we never did digs in the 1/8th on street or strip either in the long island suburbs we had room or in the 5 boughows where we had no room and definitely no time when there was no traffic and cops to bother us lol....what im trying to get at here is what's the thinking/reason for 1/8th mile

Unfortunately the fast one torched the head and is out, and the white one also had some issue with the fuel pump and made like a 25 sec pass.
+Ziggy Mcshits damnit! I'd love to see the supras hang consistantly. is there a regulation against awd cars cuz I could see some gtr s killing it.
The main issue is reliability since they have to run so much boost to compensate for the lack of engine volume.

The brown/black smoke is unburnt fuel. Why that much fuel? In short, you don't want a high boost motor to lean out so you dump more in.

What happened to Jake Brantner??? Was it an age related thing, sorry to ask but it kind of arouses your curiosity when something like this happens publicly. Makes me think of the guy who died from a heart attack in his hotel room the day after Drag Week finished two years ago. He drove a white small block Valliant 2 door that ran 10's I believe

anyone else see here putting 87 in it? I'm not expert but i would guess with a good amount of power regardless you would want 93… obviously she is running higher octane race gas but wouldn't you want to run 93 when not racing over 87?
Mike Nunley Alot of the drag week racers run 2 different fuel cells. They have a street tune they can run regular gas with and then when they get to the track they switch over to race fuel and crank up the tune
