- I bought this brushless electric lawn mower from China without a battery for my farm. It runs with 48v battery.

I build nearly the same pack and you have the same design error. Between b9 and b10 the current have to go through only one layer of the welding material. this will heat up. put a copper bar over it and it will be fine.

Looks like it works pretty well. I'd like to know what the experienced guys thought of it when compared to a 2 stroke unit. Is it well balanced? Is the run time adequate? Is it difficult to adjust to having no variable throttle control, as it seems to be just full time on (with Low and High setting)?
That's what I was wondering too great questions to ask
They told me it was acceptable for a flat land. They love it, it's lighter, easier, good environment and more efficiency if compare to gas machine. But for the difficult condition, he still needs gas machine.

The only reservation: provided that the nuts holding the handle of the accumulator battery box are spontanously loosened, you runing away like a someone (YT filtered this name) like a kamikaze with semtex runing to american command center from the movie Platoon, like with a burning bag on your back :)
So I recommend nuts with a silone ring similar to the one that holds the cutting tool on the mower rotor ...

Уже не первый раз замечаю "слабое звено" между B9 и B10 7:05, там надо несколько полосок положить. Надо бы вентиляцию аккумуляторам во время работы и во время зарядки желательно, а тут наоборот всё герметично.

The experienced guy obviously uses a trim line more than a blade, since he keeps angling the blade in such a way that it'll hit the ground and dull more quickly. That said, yes, he definitely does that a lot, you can see the economy of motion.

I know this is a diy project and does the job awesome, but please change those big swinging blades for some typical stimmer line. There is a reason why people don’t typically use blades on these things because they will easily take out anything they touch, feet, dogs feet, drain pipes and whip any stoned back at you. They do a great job but they are seriously dangerous. The strummers with blades are a lot smaller and don’t do as much damage. Anyway thought for safety here good work nice build.
