My son has a really hard time eating new foods, it gives him horrible anxiety. I've been making a bunch of your recipes and it helped him to try new foods without them looking so intimidating. I've been making the breadsticks made from Greek yogurt to helping him get some more protein, it's been a staple. Thank you for these recipes.
@@Xanthan4711 he's getting so much better. I just don't want to make it worse by forcing him to eat things He's not ready for. trying to diversify his diet without any drastic changes has been working really well.

Any chance I can get some clarification on the pumpkin ice cream pie recipe? Calculating it with the ingredients shown is shooting the calories way higher than 80/slice for filling and 170/slice with the crust. Also the ingredients are wrong for that one in the pdf.
They look good. My only concern is, I am unable/unwilling to buy the specific protein powder/nut butter, etc. I have a very limited budget, and can't afford to get extra stuff to make them exactly as shown.

Would you have any recommendations to replace tinned pumpkin in some of the brownies/lava cakes? Tinned pumpkin isnt really common where i am (you MIGHT find an overpriced import tin in october) and those recipes look UNREAL

It’s always exactly what I say the serving to be. So yes the Oreo dirt cup is per dirt cup like I say. Or for the cheesecake, I said it was the whole cheesecake.

That is tough because a great protein powder is a must if you want something truly delicious.
So use what you have. It won't be exact but you will get close.
