      “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
      ‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭NIV‬
      ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame”
      Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
      “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.””
      ‭‭Luke‬ ‭19:10‬ ‭
      God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless you all! 😊❤️

Greek yogurt, eggs, pudding mix, and a dash of vanilla extract. As for the topping, sometimes I do a little low sugar jam, or a blueberry sauce. It's pretty good by itself too. When you're cutting for a show, it matters more about volume and having energy in the gym to preserve muscle in a deficit. Plus I would rather eat an entire bowl of cream of wheat than have a tiny slice of butter, for example. More filling. But I realize most people don't live this lifestyle lol.

    Wonder if it'd be possible to make a calorie friendly and protein rich biscuits so you'd actually have a proper cheesecake base.

    With chickpeas homemade yogurt (yes, lots more work and 1day more of wait time) you could just cook it longer to get the thick consistensy without the pudding mix. This would be half way between the yogurt and making tofu. That said, I would likely blend a bit of cheese in the yogurt for cheese flavor. It's something I miss when the recipe doesn't use cream cheese.

    It is silly to try to make strips of aluminum waterproof. Here's the secret: extra wide/heavy duty foil, and it doesn't have to be doubled up.

    I just put mine in the oven and I can't wait. Cheesecake is by far my favorite dessert and I'm a low calorie/high protein fake dessert connesiour, so this will be just as good as the cheesecake factory for me. I used Dannon lite and fit Strawberry cheesecake yogurt and cinnamon toast crunch protein powder for the crust and I also used unsweetened apple sauce with cinnamon. My only complaint with this recipe is why is it so boring with all the options of different yogurts, protein powders etc you chose to use vanilla protein and unflavored yogurt. I also used a mixture of sugar free cheese cake and white chocolate pudding mix.

      He probably kept it simple because not everyone has access to the kind of ingredients you listed! But I bet it tasted great with the substitutions you made.

    • @ibleedoranbla
      @ibleedoranbla 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@noenergybunny true but he didn't even mention that in the video. He should have at least told people that they could experiment with the different flavors.
      I've made 3 of these cheesecakes so far and it truly is an amazing recipe. The last time I made it, I put 300g of frozen strawberries in the mixture and it turned out amazing but it didn't hold up for as long as the others did. After a couple days it got really watery and started to fall apart.

      @@ibleedoranbla I think it's kind of obvious that people can experiment with different flavors-- cooking is not just about following a recipe, but finding out the best modifications for your own taste preference. A different flavor of the same type of yogurt would not affect the finished product's texture or taste in an unexpected way

    • @NazzyDragon
      @NazzyDragon 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cameronschyuder9034 An alarming number of people won't think to experiment much when cooking, until they get very comfortable... It's very worth it to point it out imo.

    For those of you on a budget, don't buy new Pyrex glass pans. They were about 25 dollars each on Amazon, I got 3 pans for 15 dollars at my local thrift store.
