Allow me to introduce to you, the best cosmic brownie protein ice cream recipe that will have you wishing you made this sooner.

297 Cals, 21g Carbs, 5g Fat, 42g Protein
✳️ Ingredients:
200g Fat Free Fairlife Milk
200g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
30g Chocolate Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder (I use my brand aka @flex_brands aka the best protein for recipes in the game! “FDL” saves you 15%)
10g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder
8g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
5g Black Cocoa Powder
5g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
Pinch of Sea Salt
Mix-ins: 1/2 Cosmic Brownie
❇️ Directions:
1️⃣ Add all your ingredients into your pint (except mix-ins). Use small hand blender/milk frother and mix till smooth. It’s ok if there are little clumps.
2️⃣ Add pint to freezer till frozen. I just do mine the day before so they can freeze overnight. And also pro tip, get extra pints and then make 6 of these at one time so you have them for the whole week.
3️⃣ Then once frozen, add to your creami holster and do the “Ice Cream” function. All you need to do is that function one time and you are good to go! You might have to do a re-spin if it’s still crumbly but I didn’t have to as a heads up! Enjoy!

Cannot even describe how helpful this was. Made two creami batches so far of cinnamon toast crunch cereal milk ice cream and both were absolutely banging. i tried this but without the cookie butter powder and instead just coco but wow it’s amazing, i crushed up 1 oreo and added it in too. i just used semi skimmed milk, not almond as i prefer semi skimmed texture but still under 500 cals and so filling

What I love about even these "higher calorie" recipes is even if you eat only half its almost the same macros as a good protein bar, but gives you variety from the same ol protein bar.
I do a chocolate frosty imitation that's 325 calories, 62g of protein, and is the exact taste and texture of a chocolate frosty from Wendy's. The Creami makes some cool frozen treats possible. Love it.
