You could milk this video for a few weeks. Make one short for each recipe- 50 days of content. You could also break it up into 5 separate videos (sweet options, savoury options, etc). Been following you for years- dope content. I just feel like 50 recipes in one condensed 30min video is a lot to process.

French toast muffins is a great base idea to make basically protein bread pudding. I always appreciate how much these recipes have a very similar base or overlapping ingredients. You dont need to go out a buy a bunch of crazy stuff and it just comes down to how you put things together

i'm not doing low carbs quite for goal purposes, but I do love new recipes and low carb options are always helpful for me as i have POTS and a gluten intolerance (Pots means i need easier foods digest, which includes removing carbs) I've not considered breakfast burritos before (not super common in UK) but man even just considering it is such a gamechanger!
Hey there, first let me say that I love your content and have made the PB Pop-tarts and the cookie dough. If I could offer one critique it would be that your cookbook has a few errors in it. The pop-tarts have the frosting recipe twice and the eggs on rice cakes go on to talk about a toasted brioche bun and chicken broth. I’m sure you already have people you can count on, but if you ever want someone to proofread the book before it goes out, as an English teacher, I’d be happy to help. Keep up the good work and I’ll keep following and making your recipes.
these look really good. can you make these recipes alright without the protein powder, or at least some of them (of the ones listing it as an ingredient)? i was just looking for easy recipes in general without worrying about the protein, wondering if there's any substitutes, say, for the sweet recipes requiring very specific protein powders
