      @@FlexibleDietingLifestyle personally I think I’d prefer them split out too- it’s a little overwhelming and fast. Your recipe led are awesome and so are your - so taking a bit time to make the recipe and chat to the camera would be neat.
      I think with so many in a row I’m less likely to make one as it’s almost too much choice haha

    You could milk this video for a few weeks. Make one short for each recipe- 50 days of content. You could also break it up into 5 separate videos (sweet options, savoury options, etc). Been following you for years- dope content. I just feel like 50 recipes in one condensed 30min video is a lot to process.

      I totally see where you are coming from but I wanted to create a one stop shop guide. The video is broken up into easy chapters for each recipe so you can skip around. And the free recipe book has everything as well. Appreciate your constructive feedback Alex my man!

    I just have to pause right here and say it’s crazy how people watch and not subscribe.. after this quality of not only recipes but production. Top tier content. I have been following for a long time and I didn’t know you were on other platforms so when you came back to TH-cam with the cosmic brownie protein ice cream.. bro. I went online immediately and got a Ninja creami .. now I’m telling everyone I love. Sharing your recipes and making ice cream for them when they come over. I’m taking it -the ninja creami to my best friends house to make protein ice cream for the whole family. Bro.. thank you. Game changer. I’m 110 pounds down and now maintaining my goal weight for about a year now. It’s all about tracking calories and stay in my preferred macros. Variety and satiety without compromising consistency. Anyway thank you. If you read this and haven’t subscribed yet.. just do it. Make some of these recipes and tell me you regret it.. news flash. You won’t.     Alright I normally don’t write a lot of comments but this channel definitely deserves it.
    I’ve been looking for low calorie recipes that ACTUALLY TASTE GOOD for sooo sooo long and then now I just randomly found this and I am so happy I clicked on the video because all of these recipes looked so so good and I want to try all of them. This video brought me from ‘I don’t know what to eat I don’t have any good options’ to ‘I don’t know what to eat I have to many options’ in LITERAL 40 MINUTES I can’t believe it and I can’t express how thankful I am for finding this video. After I was done watching the video I was like ‘wait let me click on his channel there is no way that his whole channel consists of recipes that would be to good to be true’ but I saw that INDEED this channel consists of recipe videos. I really can’t express how thankful I am to you for doing these kinds of videos you lowkey just saved my fitness journey.

    French toast muffins is a great base idea to make basically protein bread pudding. I always appreciate how much these recipes have a very similar base or overlapping ingredients. You dont need to go out a buy a bunch of crazy stuff and it just comes down to how you put things together

    These recipes look amazing but there's no way those breakfast cookies have that little calories. The oats alone would be near 300 calories

    i'm not doing low carbs quite for goal purposes, but I do love new recipes and low carb options are always helpful for me as i have POTS and a gluten intolerance
    (Pots means i need easier foods digest, which includes removing carbs)
    I've not considered breakfast burritos before (not super common in UK) but man even just considering it is such a gamechanger!

    Hey there, first let me say that I love your content and have made the PB Pop-tarts and the cookie dough.
    If I could offer one critique it would be that your cookbook has a few errors in it. The pop-tarts have the frosting recipe twice and the eggs on rice cakes go on to talk about a toasted brioche bun and chicken broth.
    I’m sure you already have people you can count on, but if you ever want someone to proofread the book before it goes out, as an English teacher, I’d be happy to help.
    Keep up the good work and I’ll keep following and making your recipes.

    these look really good. can you make these recipes alright without the protein powder, or at least some of them (of the ones listing it as an ingredient)? i was just looking for easy recipes in general without worrying about the protein, wondering if there's any substitutes, say, for the sweet recipes requiring very specific protein powders
