    How long to exercise on the elliptical machine?

      Beginning i would say 15 minutes and make sure intensity is challenging enough. Once youre used to it go for 30 minutes

      Elliptical 60 mins with 5 minute intervals at high intensity. Forget the treadmill and go for a run outdoors.

      HITT training is highly effective. You can do 20-30 minutes where you go all out for 1 minute then rest 1 minute (Repeat until the time run out). During the rest phase you do not stop. You simply continue loving at a pace to catch your breath. In actuality you end up working out 10-15 minutes. The key is to challenge yourself.
