    I just purchased a Bowflex M6, and am blown away by how much of a workout it is. It's very comfortable to use, but what got me most interested in this model initially (i.e. what attracted me to buying it) was its weight. Whenever I move to a new city and/or home, the last thing I want to do is move a 300 lb exercise machine. However, the Bowflex M6 is only 136 lbs, and is quite stable when using it too...and I can move that kind of weight by myself fairly easily.

      It is so intense! I get such a workout from using it, even if it is like a 8-12 min workout. Definitely one of my favorite ellipticals for sure. - Linds

      have fun repairing it. its needs a lot of maintenance.

      @JaXuun really? I'm considering bowflex. How difficult and expensive are the repairs?

      @@Lilthis_n_that depends on the parts. the main axis broke on my machine after 5 years. in this case its unrepearable without heavy machinery.

      How is the sound? I’ve read that it starts to squeak after a while.

    I noticed the “NordicTrack Airglide 14i Elliptical Machine” does NOT have the ability to check your pulse as you are training. This option is available on other elliptical machines. For the price, this is something that should be included.

      I have thought about this, I kind of wonder if because so many people have smart watches and devices that monitor and check our heart rates if they thought it wasn't necessary. If you are doing a lot of training where you need to be aware of your heart rate, maybe choose a different machine? - Linds

      And iFit pairs to your smartwatch / HRM so if you are using iFit it isnt necessary@@garagegymreviewseverything

      Not at all an issue being that multiple products can do that probably much better than one that’s included in the machine.

    Thank you for the video! I'm confused between buying Schwinn 411 and Horizon EX59 since they are at the same price mark. Would you choose Horizon over Schwinn?

    • @garagegymreviewseverything
      @garagegymreviewseverything  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Probably Horizon, but honestly it is because I am more familiar with all their equipment and have used a ton of their treadmills and have yet to disappoint! - Linds

    How long have you had the Horizon EX59? There are 2 of us that use it consistently 3-4 times a week snd and we are looking for LONGEVITY! Tired of buying ellipticals just to replace them. Thanks!

    Thanks for the video. Have you checked out the Keiser elliptical- M5i ? It's compact, portable- but very expensive. If you could drop a comment on what you think about it, it would be great

      This elliptical is on my radar! It look pretty cool, but I haven't had a chance to review yet. Hopefully we can make that happen soon, but not sure! - Linds

    In Elliptical devices, do the hands actually have an effect???
    If you try the Elliptical devices, the entire effect comes from the legs, the hands only hold the handles.
    What do you think about that?

    I’m deciding between bowflex max trainer m9 or Sole E35 or E95

      Bowflex max trainer! Probably my favorite and don't need to spend a ton of time on it before you start sweating! - Linds

    Can you use the air glide without ifit? Any built in workouts?

    • @garagegymreviewseverything
      @garagegymreviewseverything  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No built in workouts, basically if you aren't sold on the ifit programming you should look at a different elliptical.. maybe one of soles! It will allow you to see basic metrics on the screen, but no built in programming. - Linds
