    These 10 minute yoga sessions are my favourite! Perfectly paced and short enough that it's easy to stay motivated. Been doing them two mornings a week for a while now and my body is thanking me 💙

    I’m just starting my journey with yoga and stretching again as a former dancer who stopped and had babies. I LOVE that so far, every morning, I can find a new 10 minute-ish flow to follow and not get bored! Can’t wait to work back up to 20 and 30 minute sessions!

    I’m a super weak person at the moment, but I want to get healthier and stronger. I’m so grateful for your videos and amazing sessions that are actually doable for all levels! Morning yoga with you is my favourite thing of the day, I don’t get angry and frustrated anymore, because I can’t finish the class, so I feel great both physically and mentally! Thank you so much!

    I was having such an incredibly hard time getting going this morning.. just felt so tired, weak, depressed. I have my go-to 5 minute yoga video of yours that I generally do every morning, but even that felt impossible for some reason. Finally I was just laying on my mat and thought all right let me just look through Bird's channel and see if anything inspires me. I ended up doing this one, after which I felt good enough to get up and wash my face, during which I listened to your Dream Life manifestation affirmations. I am now feeling like I can go forward with my day and have a pleasant and productive time at work. Thank you so much for being here and sharing your beautiful gifts with us ❤ I am extremely grateful and hope you're also having a wonderful day 🐦

    I’ve been doing this as the start to my morning for a month now and it’s such a nice way to begin the day. I have a really poor relationship with my body but this has helped me feel just a tiny bit better every day

    I love how you are so smooth and slow with your timing and movements. It's a wonderful calming pace! reminds of the flow of Tai Chi which I love! I will definitely be adding this video to my daily flow practices! ❤️

    250 lbs and im new to moving my body with the goal of weight loss. love this because it didn't discouraged me. I got my blood flowing, but wasn't too much to make me second guess why im waking up an extra 10 mins a day. I love my sleep. very beginner friendly. definitely saving this video to perform it everyday as soon as I wake up.

    Such a beautiful sequence for this rainy fall morning. I love the soothing voice and music as others wrote and also so appreciate that you don't over-explain the positions. I know some people like all the detailed positioning, but I find it distracting. This is perfect.

    I really enjoyed this stretch! I've stopped working out in the mornings because of my low blood sugar, but I hate the thought of not moving when I get up! This was perfect. Movement without it being too strenuous on my body first thing. The order of this sequence was wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing! ❤️✨️
