well done gents I've been watching you blokes for nearly a year and always have been amazed at your adapt and over come attitude cheers from mornington peninsula Victoria Australia
Yes been waiting on this video new it was coming. This is such a cool build. You guys are killing it in the small engine gang. Love this channel cars and camera's are the best in the game.
That thing reminds me of the AA/altered gassers of the 60's. Wicked fast but unstable as heck. Get you guys some leathers. Your skin will love you. Awesome build. Classic CarsandCameras!
Static friction is higher than dynamic friction (slipping or spinning). When you are accelerating and the relative speed between the tire and pavement approaches zero you gain traction and front wheel lift. More torque at higher RPM will also increase lift (as long as it does not break the tires loose again). Very fun project and videos!
Try dropping the rear tire pressure a little bit. It’ll give the rear end a little bit of “suspension” and it might squat, weight transfer and maybe more traction. And if all is true it may wheelie! Sweet build! Probably my favorite so far.
Wow!!!! Now you guys should build one out of a wheel berrow tub so john can have one to race, with the same motor same design same as the tot rod!!! That would be awesome then you guys could legit race and have so much fun in the meantime.
When you change the axle drop 2 or 3 teeth on rear sprocket to pull some torque away. You guys should also get a set of JR dragster slicks for your projects. I still say this Cozy Coop is the most kick ass one on the internet. Keep up the great work guys.
A roll bar main loop behind the driver seat would be a good thing to see😳.... Before this winds up being like the lawn mower flip. I love the power that cozy coop is packing, and when I does catch good traction it might get squirrelly...
What a great build. I would suggest you find some way to pull the throttle cables better as I am sure the sync of the carbs is way off. Also consider a solid state ign trigger system.
I think you guess should try the wheelie again but drop the rear tire pressure for more traction. Just a thought love you guys and everything your doing I'm currently going to try and make a gas powered power wheels
What a good build. Just knew it would pop a wheelie with the length and hp . Maybe some different sprockets And tires it might. Thanks for sharing I always enjoy your videos.
Less tire pressure & get the torch out. Cool little big kart. Wheelie bar should have some spring to it so it get's you down & moving faster. Wide kart slicks on the hard top would be the way to go. In sand some paddle tires would be awesome.Traction bars, make some.
Its time for a new full custom build like a lifted cross kart on tires like the monster truck or maybe even a little taller Yes? No ? Maybe? Love the show keep up the great work & good energy NorCal
Power wheelies!!!!!! What could be better than that!!!!!! How about locating a frozen body of water and put some ice screws in the CC or any other build and get some ice laps in? The Cozy Coupe would back in proper under compression braking!
You got my "like" vote fellas, love the build .I think its one of the top two builds in my opinion.Of course the other one is the cross cart but ill never stop wanting you guys to shoe horn that ducatti motor into it.Never the less good job, well done!Hope your channel stays around for a long time and be sure to stay safe.Dont get me wrong though cause you can be safe while being completely insane when documenting a build series by all means and i bet im not the only one who would agree with that.I wonder how many other C & C fans think the ducatti motor would be perfect in the crosscart?hmm.lol sorry, couldnt resist.Looking forward to more of what you guys do and once again, good job.Oh,you probably already know this but in the off chance you might not, i know that there is a front break set up for the cart tire size wheels your running on this build. Not sure if G P S has this, good possibility though.Only addition i would consider adding so you have the best chance in stopping ,not to mention the smoke show that thing would almost certainly do because lets face it,that machine hauls some serious ass and when you give it enough room ,firmly put your foot deep down into the oil pan and turn that sucker loose without some front breaks you better have a parachute.😎😎😜😝🤪💪👍👊!
For axel flex u guys might wanna check out some beefy'er bearings. Mayb add another bearing carrier in the middle? I know there are company's that have industrial bearings that u can buy at basically any size and spec.
The only thing I can try and to help you guys would be a air dam wing. For the front to get some aero to stop the front lift at speed. Just my two cents anyway love your channel keep up the good work guys cheers.
You guys need to pretty her up. Put on some cool lil headlight buckets like the ones you used to get for oldschool bicycles. You also need a C&C license plate sticker and red led tail lights on the rear. Perhaps a front wing or layed back faux grill would help keep the front down at speed with some aggressive aero?
Floor monsters! You two amaze me with all you accomplish, on the floor. Welding tables, lift tables, must be scarce up your way! Doesn’t keep me from enjoying the channel though
The montages are really cool and all, but I really wish you'd show more of what went into all the fabricating, and the changes you made to the shifter and camber to make them better and all that.
LMAO! That things sick Guys! Awesome job! You might try lowering the rear tire pressure to get better traction on those wheels if you really intend to yank the front end up. Otherwise Jr dragster slicks!!! Tube them and screw the slicks around the beads to lock them to the rims. Otherwise you'll rip the valve stems off the tubes on a lunch. I ran them and they work amazingly on concrete or asphalt too! But just a suggestion if you really wish to pull the wheels guys. Be safe, that's definitely no tot toy anymore lol! Enjoy! Be looking forward to seeing what is up next with your entertaining antics, I love it!!! Thanks again.
Its lifting at the top of the gears because of where the power curve of that engine is. Most of that engines power is at its top end. Try some jr. Drag slicks on the rear. Heat them up so they are nice and sticky then dump the clutch at a higher rpm. If it doesnt brake it may stand up then.
You guys crack me up, let's see if it will do wheelies, let's build a wheelie bar. Put a damn roll bar on it guys, one day you are gonna flip one of these things
I love the roadkill throw back at the beginning,
Finnegan: "This episode is wheelie cool"
Freiburger: "Did you say wheelie?"
my comment exactly ROADKILL!!
The Ford f-6 was awesome but they should have put the flathead engine in the back where the junkyard engine was
@@ethanssmallengines3253 or at least a big block Ford instead of a damn chevy.
@@jaratt85 agreed
@@jaratt85 this is true,I agree
Lower the rear tire pressure, heat up the tires, and then launch it to the moon.
Probably not a tire that likes heat. All Season/ All Terrain, tires hate heat. They get greasy fast.
True that.
Zues Toots those are kenda speed racers lmao they’re made for the street
The old rule is an inch of weld should hold a tone of wait
Need more traction!
Try dropping the rear tire pressure (a bit)?
Iowa599 i was about to post just that!
I was about to🐴
And a little ballast.
@@AlienLivesMatter heavy things go slower, just move things. Maybe the seat can go back a little.
Jæ Š ballast would mean no more wheelies
If you look closely, it does wheelie after it picks up some speed! Adding weight to the wheelie bar would definitely make it wheelie.
U should build a fxt race mower next
Brakes and line lock up front=burnouts💨
Sounds like some whistlindiesel stuff to me.
It looks and sounds like a mini version of the fuel altered drag cars from the 60's and 70's. Needs a parachute on the back to add to the look.
Yessss
Dm to private chat
Hammering on the hitch and it falls off I about spit out my coffee! Prep twice weld once.
Funnest build yet thank you!
"feels like it wants to wheelie at 30 mph .. something im not interested in doing" im down let me ride it John!!!
2nd gear rolling wheelies, say no more
Dont be scared, you have a wheelie bar, let that bitch lift up!🤘🏻🤘🏻😉
No, I'm not.
Brakes and line lock up front= burnout's💨

That awkward moment when your little tike toy is faster than your drag car...
I've been living that moment for years my gokart is faster than my drag car and alot of others check it out gokart vs camaro on TH-cam
Dan Builds Things OOF
Yes been waiting on this video new it was coming. This is such a cool build. You guys are killing it in the small engine gang. Love this channel cars and camera's are the best in the game.
Yes sir we know that's right
how Ike asked "wheelie" felt like the stuby bob rear engine episode 😅👏👏
Removable wheelie bar is an awesome idea! Especially with the hitch you can now tow stuff or pull stuff with it
David Ping that’s what I was thinking
How sick would this look pulling another cart and a couple bikes at events

This is my favorite project ever, so much soul.

With the way that thing launches - you can’t be mad it doesn’t wheelie! Nice work as always 👍🏼👍🏼
That 550 looks stunning, has such a classic look
I gotta say.... I wasn’t into this project since episode 2. But the final product changed my mind entirely. Way to go guys!
We need a full episode of cozy coupe launching, burn out.
And plenty of sound. 👍
Wow!!!! Now you guys should build one out of a wheel berrow tub so john can have one to race, with the same motor same design same as the tot rod!!! That would be awesome then you guys could legit race and have so much fun in the meantime.
Put one of those engines in the drag rail
They have already try to pit a Ducati 600cc in the rail
drag is rip i think
Deric Herndon me too
@Deric Herndon they did and haven't done shit to it since
Deric Herndon Yes I do have to agree
Beef up the front end for added weight and durability! Nice job guys!
6:01 chickens in back round, look out chickens! You don't want to be the cozy coups dinner! Lol
Hell yeah that's badass super awesome love that build keep up the great work have a wonderful day
This might be the best looking and sounding C&C project ever.
When you realize the cozy coupe is coming to an end😭
Not yet! Still need paint and dyno!
@@CarsandCameras John just responded omg I'm famous 🙃🤭
And a grill/hood please!!!
Man the cozy coupe is a ripper! Love it guys. Y'all are awesome. Keep up the awesome content.
Lower Psi for wheelie might help
They gotta get some more tires on those wheels, then drop the pressure down to 3-6psi
A flat bed trailer for the ratrod wagon would be awesome.
Yessss. I'm completely on board with this.

Put a wing in front of and above front axle. Looks cool and provides downward pressure the faster you go!
I think you guys got the weight distribution pretty much perfect with the heavy motor up front and a person and big tires in back.
When you change the axle drop 2 or 3 teeth on rear sprocket to pull some torque away. You guys should also get a set of JR dragster slicks for your projects. I still say this Cozy Coop is the most kick ass one on the internet. Keep up the great work guys.
Hey you forgot to say check Isaac out at Isaac it'll be fine! ..It'll be fine..
Have to admit this thing sounds bad ass.
This and IKEs channel are my 2 favorite channels on TH-cam guys keep the great ideas coming
That hole shot in 3rd is awesome.
A tiny bit of ballast on the back will bring grip.
U need some 10in spoked mini cycle rims on front it would look awesome
A roll bar main loop behind the driver seat would be a good thing to see😳.... Before this winds up being like the lawn mower flip. I love the power that cozy coop is packing, and when I does catch good traction it might get squirrelly...
That thing is just crazy!
You guys did an awesome job on this one!!
It won't wheelie on launch, but tries to lift under power? HELL YES!!
What a great build. I would suggest you find some way to pull the throttle cables better as I am sure the sync of the carbs is way off. Also consider a solid state ign trigger system.

Love the build! Maybe add sand paddle tires and front skinnies for the drags at Buscoe?

I put one of these engines in a 72 Rupp snowmobile many years back. I still have it and show it , its a blast to ride. (you tube vid).

Air the tires down more grip=higher chance of wheelie

...and heat the tires up and use some VHT traction compound!
Do they make wrinkle-wall slicks for go-carts.......
