You should raffle it off, a few hundred tickets at $50 each would be a pretty good way to make money for the next one and hook someone up with a great deal.
If you want torque, get an engine designed for it. A crotch rocket engine is designed for top end revving, not torque. Bigger is not necessarily more torquey.
Man, you would NEVER get that legalised in Aus... 10 hours to strip it down, then build it up again? That's some serious dedication! Props man, amazing build!
Thanks for figuring all of this out and showing us ! Wanted for years to fab something like this as 4WD. Using a Suburu front diff and Transfer Case (aluminum) and a ZX6 or ZX7 engine for power. Concept is, small and light with just a bit more suspension travel. You really did a nice job. Inspired now, Thanks!
Vasily, years ago, I lived in a neighborhood of older, European immigrants. Most were pretty nice people just to be around. But I rented this specific property because it had a sort of "gargae building" erected all across the back end of the property- and I wanted my own shop. Just over the fig trees behind the shop was one of my closest neighbors- who showed up and helped me move in. When we got done I got him to leave his P/U and tuned it up and did a thorough general inspection, just because he had helped me. That man and his family never complained, as a matter of fact they told neighbors- I was never "not busy" and yes, I did cut them a bit of slack, but then they never pressured me on time or anything. You did the right thing by "keeping the peace" with your neighbors- good on ya! And you got to do a great burn right out the driveway! How many folks can do that? Awesome build- can't wait to see "Crosskart 2.0"- already know something about it; it will be AWESOME, DUDE! FR
Building one street legal right now.. Thanks for all the tips etc! I'm in NH where it is pretty easy to get legal. Build is somewhat online.. alot of similarities.. DIRT FLOOR GARAGE! love it!
The only thing you could do is change the gearing if you want to stick with the engine. You'll lose out on top speed, but you'll make up for it in torque. Maybe a V-twin could do you better in torque. Chain conversion Harley Davidson could work well.
@@VasilyBuilds I guess all you have to do now is make a two and four seat street legal version now you know what has to be done you will sell them for sure

Dude, you can build a Raptor 700 engine(fuel injected model) and get similar HP, but much more torque, and have reverse! I built a Ninja Buggy about 5yrs ago for around the same price. I always said if I had the opportunity to do it again, that's what I'd do. I love the look of yours, and it's definitely safer! You can look back at the first video's we posted to see our buggy. Keep up the great work!
Honestly I think should look into getting wrecked four wheelers for engines with reverse. Some have massive torque and still have a decent top speed. At least for your next build. Also parking break!
There's a guy that build an mt09 buggy with reverse. A few more complications, but it appears he uses a truck starter with a sprocket and chain. It wheelies too.

another reason to buy a parts bike is the title. particularly if you are going to go road legal. often registration entities require used parts to have accompanying paperwork showing source....also good if your numbers come back stolen to provide documentation that to your knowledge it was not stolen. I've just built more than a few bikes from parts and been down this road before.
600cc Is perfect for off road build 1000s n 1300/1400 engine don't enjoy Rev limiter like most of us off roaders just change the gearing ratio like done on stunt bikes and it'll be plenty torqued up won't go 160 anymore but it can still do 75-100mph
