Thanks for tuning in to this 6 min core workout. This is directed toward individuals that want to work core without straining their low back.
There are 5 exercises in this video that we will repeat twice. Each exercise is 30 seconds long, followed by a 10 second rest. After the 5th exercise, we rest for 30 seconds before repeating theough. The exercises are as followed:
1. Bird Dogs
2. Dead Bugs
3. Plank
4. Side Plank
5. Half Bicycle Crunches
